Hey ladies.

Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend and looking forward to starting a fresh week with lots of positive vibes... anyway. Does anyone else normally get period pains 2 weeks before there period? I don’t usually have this but today I’ve had bloating, tiredness, headache and period like pains is it normal for these symptoms when my period is still two weeks away? Xx

I start to get cramps from mid cycle onwards! In the week before it's due I usually get a migraine and will have diarrhea//constipation. In fact my period finished two days ago and I still have pains. So you're definitely not alone in that x
