Im wondering if someone can help. I was in today for my virology bloods but still bleeding after a late period. Nurse called to say that my bloods are showing that im ovulating and will probably get a period again in a week - 10 days so thats when i will go in for my scan.
Im confused, can you ovulate while on a period? :S x

Hi Ama, do you have irregular periods? I have heard of some instances where women have irregular bleeding they can get mid cycle bleeding although Im not 100% why. The nurses can tell from your hormones which Im guessing is what's happened! Very confusing indeed and bodies seem to play up for starting treatment for some reason! Hopefully you'll be ok for your scan!xx
Hi hun. Not majorly irregular, usually every 24 -25 days but this month i was like it came on day 41 typically. seems like im having a normal period now so was surprised to hear i was ovualting. i will pee on a stick tonight anyway, was even sure i was ovulating but im now wondering if we have been trying at the wrong times all along lol xx
How annoying are periods eh?! Ha ha ha Im not so sure I have my cycles nailed yet either! The DHEA may be knocking your cycles out too so keep that in mind!xx
aw it a bloody nightmare lol I actually think the dhea made me more regular. I'm moving house soon so i guess i might have been a tad stressed with that even though i didnt feel it. Who knows but hubby will just have to deal with it tonight if the O stick shows positive!LOL xx
Im doing ok thanks! Ive had a mock (pretend) transfer booked on Thursday and if it goes ok then I can get on with my next FET....wee bit nervous thinking about it but want to get it out of the way so we can move forward!xx
It only because I have had trouble in my last two transfers so dont worry not everyone does it! Its literally just like a smear and they pass a catheter into my uterus (if they can get it in)....just how they would do an embryo transfer for real. Thanks, not sure about the trooper.....I just think Im bloody daft these days! Ha ha ha xx
