Worried
Im really worried about my weight loss over the next few weeks, im on a lot of overtime which means less time to exercise. But ive got a game plan so hopefully the weight loss wont be effected too much. gonna ensure I have healthy snacks to take to work, and going to create an exercise plan for my days

Taking citalopram?
My GP has started me on citalopram 10mg to try and help with my low mood, aniexty and other stuff. I took my first tablet last night and this morning I am feeling really sick and my head is killing me. Has anyone took these tablets before? I know it's early days and everyone is different but when did

Getting off sertraline
Hi, I've been trying to cut down and eventually give up the sterlaline I was prescribed for anxiety. I hate taking it and know the anxiety is just part of the overall problem. I've just had an endo appointment and extensive blood tests so am waiting on the outcome of that. My ideal end goal is to try

In the past few months I gave up trying to convince myself that my bloat is me getting fat. I train daily, resistance and conditioning work, until recently ate clean, unprocessed foods, predominantly raw veg, and protein from fish, whey and some dairy (low-fat cottage and ricotta cheeses and un-sweetened

CFS/Fibromyalgia, is sweating a symptom
Anyone know if excessive sweating is a symptom of CFS or fibromyalgia? Been diagnosed 4 years ago and thought it was from medication, stopped all meds and still having problems! Don't even need to move and I sweat. No periods for over 2 years so don't think its menopausal?? Got a prolapse but GP says

Living with a eating disorder whilst living aboard
hello to anyone reading this. I am 20years old girl who has moved away from home and is currently living aboard completing a gap year. I believe that my eating disorder started at the beginning of last year, when I promised myself that I would lose weight through becoming a raw vegan. I remember the

Excessive head sweating
Now the sweating is causing acne on my head and back. The dermatologist wants me to take doxycycline but I'm allergic to it. I will try Botox if it's not to expensive. Some say don't use shampoo with sodium laurel. Only shampoo with sodium laureth. It hasn't helped me though. Will watch for news. Love

I am wondering if anyone has taken this drug, I have been prescribed it to start tonight and I don't want to put weight on. The last anti depressants I tried I put on around 25 kgs, I just feel more depressed now trying to get my weight down again. Thank you

Exactly the same
Wow, this is exactly what I went through, anorexia the bulimia then saw a councillor then a hypnotherapist. To be honest the only thing that has helped me is going on antidepressants, sertraline, which is proven to help many people. I have now had 3 months of CBT (nhs funded) which has been amazing.

TEST RESULTS @ LANCASTER UNRELIABLE
I just discovered that my results from Lancaster are incorrect. They claimed numerous times that I had an overactive thyroid. I went to Blackpool and got normal results. I had my results from Lancaster reviewed and found out that they are unreliable. This is very worrying for people who are put on medication

Think I have an eating disorder
I feel like it's a mix between anorexia and binge eating Over summer I went from 9 stone 5lbs to 7 stone 3lbs at my lowest through just having no appetite and exercising lots to lose weight. I'd try and exercise every day, aiming for a 500 calorie burn at least. I loved how I looked and was so proud
