Scheduled to have coil fitted next week (currently using
Evorel
conti patches). Absolutely cannot tolerate oral progesterone. I’m exhausted and unsure as to what else I can do. My B12 levels are improving, thanks to advice received here.

Evorel sequi patches - experiences ?
Just been prescribed
evorel
sequi patches for peri menopause symptoms. I'm a little sceptical and anxious about taking them. I've been trying supplements, fresh herbs and tinctures with minimal success. Has anyone tried the patches? If so I would be interested to learn how you got on.

Do I need to up my patch dose?
I know it's that time of year, but thought I'd see if increasing my dose of
Evorel
would help, or whether this was due to another cause (e.g. low vitamin D).

Tocilizumab - dizzyness and dry skin
Hi everyone I have recently changed from Baricitnib and methotrexate to tocilizumab. The reason for this is that after 11 years on methotrexate I was really struggling with side effects and I started to miss taking it as I think my body had become intolerant to it as I was feeling extremely rough with

Thyroid and HRT- help please
I am also taking HRT (
Evorel
25 patch (change twice weekly) and Utrogestan 100 daily). I feel symptomatic and hope that someone may be able to make some sense out of my symptoms and blood results.

Can menopause trigger hypothyroidism?
GP has put me on
Evorel
Conti patch which is a combo of oestrogen and progestogen. I started it 3 weeks ago, and had spotting and a period 2 weeks into it. It was manageable as it was like a regular period before I had the menopause.

Should I have a hysterectomy?
Also, without surgery the only HRT option is Tibolone, and that hasn't totally resolved my menopause symptoms the way that the
Evorel
patches did before all of this, and might be the reason I'm getting facial hair and struggling so much with the cystic acne (as it contains some testosterone).

remission then Rituxan again
I have had RA for 23 years. I actually went into remission 3 1/2 years ago and stopped Rituxan and methotrexate during that time. Then I get my second Covid and the Ra returned. I am back on Rituxan but it doesn’t seem to be slowing the Rituxan. Since I have not had the drugs in my body how long

RA with Sjorgrens
Hello and thank you for reading or responding. I am 59 and have been on a 2 year journey to get a diagnosis. Continuous Utrogestan after hysterectomy?
Since April 2022 I have been on
Evorel
Conti patches, these have helped with hot flushes and sleeping but my mood is as I can only describe "flat" and I'm getting increasing pelvic pain again. My GP has changed my HRT to
Evorel
75 patches and utrogestan tablets.

What's Normal.
Hey guys advice required. I'm 45 yo female diagnosed 6years ago. Sero negative inflammatory arthritis Two issues as such. 1 Was told last week that after six years of pred it's likely my body doesn't produce it's own steroids and I'll probably have to take 5mg pred forever. Anyone else in this boat

Thyroid test result / menopause help.
After 6 weeks on
Evorel
Conti I had a period reminiscent of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and my hair loss drastically increased. Alarmed and distraught I endeavoured to make a doctor's appointment but have been unable to do so. I've subsequently stopped using the Everol.

Day 3 (only) drugs are sending me crackers
So I’m only on day 3 and the drugs are kicking in bigtime. 10mg of Progynova a day, 200mg
Evorel
patches every other day. I think I’m very sensitive to the glue on the patches too as they are really itchy and I already want to rip my legs off 😔.

Hi All, Ive just started an FET cycle, and I’ve got
Evorel
Patches. I put the first 2 patches on yesterday (Friday), and im due to change them on Sunday. Problem is, they’re not sticking properly. One came off after a shower, and the other one’s come off after my bath this evening.

Terrible sleep - What do I need cortisol, liver, adrenals, perimenopause testing- all of them? Any advice please?
Since then I tried HRT
evorel
conti for about a month and had terrible histamine reaction so came off it. I seem to have plummeted even more than before I was on it, but I didn't get any significant improvements in terms of energy and sleep from being on it.

Baricitinib experiences please. The good, the bad and the ugly (also excellent would be great)
Hi all, just going through a 2 week wash ready to switch from Enbrel to Baricitinib. The new tablets have arrived and I've managed to freak myself out reading all the side effects. How have people on it found it? The occurrance of thrombosis seems pretty high for instance. Also on a vain level rather

Jak2 Inhibitors
Hi I was wondering what your experience of these drugs are. My Rheumy is considering putting me on them. I was on enbrel for 17 years till it stopped working. I’ve been o. Rituximab for 18 months but it doesn’t really help and my R.a. D damage has deteriorated. I would really appreciate your comments

Pain Relief Suggestions
Hello Everyone My first time posting, but i do read the posts that are relevant. Bit of background first: I am hoping for some new ideas. I have had RA since 2010, beautifully controlled by Enbrel. Unfortunately a few years ago I was told I had to go onto a bio similar. I was very anxious about changing
