PCOS trouble? Advice please!
I got diagnosed with PCOS when I was 17; I was told my hormone levels were not too much of a problem but I had an ultrasound which said I had cysts on my ovaries. On average I have four periods a year ranging from 2 to 23 days at a time. I get such horrible pains in my ovaries where it feels like they're

Norethisterone and Coil
I had the mirena fitted at the end of March and I've been told by the gyne to continue to take norethisterone for a couple of months to allow the coil to settle down. I've had bits of blood, headache and crampy type pains for the past week or so but the norethisterone is meant to stop the bleeding and

Starting norethisterone on the 13th April can I still try and conceive naturally?
Hi ladies just looking for some advice as I'm due to start taking norethisterone on the 13th April for 14 days up until my next period, when I have my next period I will have a scan and start the ivf meds. The nurse has said I now need to have protected sex but I'm thinking if I'm only taking norethisterone

Pregnant?
My GP asked me to leave a urine sample after my appointment to rule out a urine infection and pregnancy as I've had different pains to my usual ones. I rang the surgery up about my results like i was asked and the lady on the phone said she's waiting for my pregnancy test results to come back. My GP

Period after stopping norethisterone
I took my last norethisterone on 20th Feb and its now 7th March, 15 days later and i still haven't had my period. Online it says your period usually starts 3-5 days after stopping norethisterone? Has anyone else had this problem? I'm unsure whether to book a doctors appointment or not.

Norethisterone
I've been told to take norethisterone continually for the past 6 months. My stomach has been really bloated the past few weeks and I've been in a constant cramping pain. I haven't had a period since December and thought maybe if i have a period it might help with the bloating, i haven't started my period

How reliable is CA125?
Hello ladies x I was just wondering how effective CA125 is at telling the presence of endo? I had a test done back in December which I know came back as satisfactory, but it has not been compared against my MRI yet... Is it a reliable way of telling whether there is any endo present? My pain has continually

Heavy bleeding and clots
July last year (2016) I started my period which was unusually heavy. By the time I got to work I was flooding with huge clots. I was changing environment erythromycin 15 minutes. I rang the Dr who prescribed me transmeric acid. I continued to bleed with no break at all. My Dr sent me for pelvic

Anyone else had the same?
So was due to start Norethisterone and Buserelin on the 27th. I had my last AF two weeks ago but today I have started again (the brown start of it) sorry for tmi! So docs have said should be a problem but I now have to start the Norethisterone today. Has anyone else had the same?

Endometriosis advice
I need some advice. I've seen the gyne once so far and they've prescribed me to take norethisterone for 4 months and see how i go until April which is my next appointment. If these tablets don't work the next step is to have an op to see for definite that it is endometriosis. Has anyone found that norethisterone
