ADHD MEDICATION
I'm 2 weeks into a 4 week stay at hospital following a complete MH crash after nearly 2 years of increased fatigue, depression, overwhelm and rarely leaving my bed for any more than a couple of hours. I've had ADHD tests (questionnaires for myself, wife of 28 years and parents/siblings, old school reports

Zopiclone and warfarin?
My 80 year old dad is having trouble having a good nights sleep- waking up after a couple of hours and finding it hard to get back to sleep. GP has prescribed zoplicone 3.75 for two weeks. He has a metal heart valve and is on warfarin since year 2000. Just checking there is any interference between the

My tinnitus journey continues
Hi guys I’m writing this in need of a bit of guidance and advice. When my tinnitus first started due to loud music and machine use at work (gardening) it was absolutely horrendous. The volume was incredible, left ear buzzing, unable to think or read and when people spoke to me it was hard to even hear

Spoke to GP on phone. Told her I'm bringing "beware of Biotin" papers round to Surgery!
I just want to say that I had a long chat with GP. She won't allow me to have any more HRT unless I have scans. I cancelled the last scan as I refuse to have an exam. I don't mind paying for the scans, as long as I continue getting the HRT. The trouble is she lies about everything, like the cost, & the

Reasons to be cheerful
For those of us who can remember the heady days of the 1970’s and the wonderful Ian Dury and the Blockheads. I felt this weeks optimistic post should be based upon a man who coped extremely well with disability and who demonstrated in words, songs and actions how he coped. So what are my three then

Unusual post
Awake as always after yet another night with partial sleep. 2 x 2 hour sessions though is better than nothing though and whilst Zopiclone does provide relief, I prefer the natural stuff best. I am very cautious about all things medical and always have and always will err towards those medically trained

Oooooh! Zopiclonnnnne!
The title of my post has to be sung, rather than spoken with a Caribbean vocal lilt. , After 13 nights of little or no sleep, I was feeling fatigued, not a bit tired, just weary. Excellent help from members here and of course charming and caring wife. Mindfulness and other relaxation methods did help

Post Stroke Pain and Numbness
My mum had a stroke recently and she now has some numbness and pins and needles in her right side. As I understand it this is post stroke pain or neuropathic pain. 3 weeks ago the doctor took her off her the 30mg citalopram and put her on an initial dose of 10mg of amitriptyline. Her anxiety and depression

Pregablin and zopiclone
Hi I’m new to this forum, I have had restless legs for 5 or so years now. Recently I have acute shoulder pain. I take 200mg pregablin at night and 7.5mg zopiclone. The dr decided to split my pregablin dose 75mg morning, then 75mg at night. My legs were throbbing and my shoulder pain was excruciating.

Can't honestly cope with the brokenness of me, completely and utterly at the end of my rope
Hi everyone, I have just joined this community. I have had M.E for 10 years now, and along with that comes the depression of having this debilitating illness steal my life, but these last three weeks have been just unbearable. I am so used to living with pain, and have also been suffering with PTSD
