Xgeva vs Estrogen Patch against bone loss?
my husband will begin ADT, probably Firmagon. since he has already some micro bone mets and to some degree osteopenia, bone loss while on ADT is an even more serious issue. What are the differences in this regard between Xgeva and E2 add-back in men undergoing non-estrogen ADT?

I think I might be over medicating....?
Hello everyone, I’m beginning to think I’m over medicated on Levothyroxine due to trying to solve a low T3 conversion issue. If someone could cast some light on my blood test results and sense check my thoughts on my next plan, it would be hugely appreciated. I’ve been scrabbling around for years now

What should I expect? prolapsed Uterus. I have problems with pessary ring. Since having 2 rings fitting 1 week apart in early March this year I have been in discomfort sitting down. The ring has improved things. No backache. A little feeling of things coming out. Saw new consultant on 10/7 as I was

Osteoporosis and HRT can GP force me to come off?
Hi I am 61 and my GP is threatening to take me off HRT. My HRT was changed to estrogen only 2mg in Dec 2019 after a hysterectomy and my consultant thought the GP’s would leave that alone but last month she said 6 months more and that’s it. I pointed out that The professor who looks after my osteperosis

Prostap & HRT
Hi all... I’ve had endo for 16 years.. 3 laps, one baby and multiple trials to control it later and I’m starting on prostap with estrogen only HRT in the next few weeks. Just wondered what to expect? I know you can have menopausal symptoms but my specialist said the HRT should stop or at least lessen

Cost comparison between Lupron and Oestrogel
Until the ‘Patch” trial is completed sometime next year there seems to be a lot of unanswered questions regarding the use of tE2. Some warriors on this site maintain that E2 levels should remain in the 20 pg/mL range while many of us including myself appear to be doing quite well using tE2 (patches,

Zoe Covid Tracker App
For anyone who's interested, in case you don't know about this, King's Hospital has a tracker app for detecting the levels of Covid infection in the community. You are reminded to log on daily to fill out whether you have any symptoms or not - I don't always do it daily, but definitely do it at least

Any hope? Running out of options- thin lining Natural FET
My lining has always been a major issue on both fresh and FET with numerous cycles being cancelled. Tried everything.. asprin/ viagra/ vitamins/ diet... still no further than 5.5 lining. I started Trental 3 months ago (periods have got lots heavier) and the clinic suggested a natural FET as I just don

Estrogen & PC
This is my first post. I am 18 months out from a radical prostatectomy at U of Penn. Gleason 9, no mets, feeling great and currently monitoring PSA quarterly. PSA has risen from post surg 0.009 to current 0.063. Plan is to not intervene with ADT/RT unless PSA gets closer to 0.2. In addition to

Next steps on the journey
Following my earlier post, I have spoken to my RO who has suggested that I start hormone treatment immediately because there is a backlog for radiotherapy due to Covid 19 of at least two to three months. He has suggested six and a half weeks of RT and has prescribed bicalutamide, he also mentioned another

Dairy or no? Your thoughts...
For anyone who has taken the route of managing their endo symptoms with diet, have you found any difference by cutting out dairy? It seems to be a grey area and although conventional dairy seems to be the cause of inflammation it seems organic doesn't. Also the problem here seems to be that it contains

Biopsy results
Just a quick update. My biopsy was successful and they have found no issues with Emma/Alice tests said both had perfect readings. The ERA test was the interesting one... this could be a long explanation So usually I start my medication on day 21 with Buserelin until I bleed then have a base scan and

Man boobs
Summertime is here. What are you doing to control/reduce man boobs. I understand it is primarily due to ADT/low testosterone. Should I also have my estrogen levels checked?

Estrogen levels?
Anyone know what estrogen levels are supposed to be for a FET? In the past clinic have put me on 2 progynova a day. This time 4 a day. I always respond well to meds and I'm worried my levels will be too high.

Thin Lining, Asherman’s, Failed FETs
Hello, first time poster here! I was hoping to hear of any success stories to keep me going. My issues are a thin lining (natural/ medicated/ & stim cycles) following surgery to clear scarring. I’ve had mild-med scarring removed but continue to not be able to get a lining above about 6.9mm. We’ve had
