I have been on 1 mg
estradiol
per day since. I have found that my hot flashes, mood swings and fatigue/joint pain have indeed been (somewhat) helped by the HRT. Lately though, I have found that I occasionally miss a dose and that the next day I have fewer symptoms. Is this all in my head?

Another month long wait!
So yesterday’s scan showed that my womb lining was very thick and there was a follicle larger than they would expect for d2 of my cycle. So they took some bloods to look at my hormone profile. Back today for another scan and results. Lining was thinner but oestradiol was borderline high. Some concern

I had to do some major convincing to let her raise my
estradiol
some. When it gets so low, I have constant UTI's, yeast infections, asthma increase, use more eye drops, loads of more physical complications than just hot flashes!!

Turned to Blue Horizon for latest bloods. (Hopefully attached). Gluten free for 11 months, with the odd slip. This has resulted in a reduction of her antibodies. Transdermal Estradiol (tE2) update # 2
Just a quick update on my tE2 gel progress (sample taken on 8/3/2018, 6 weeks after previous test). PSA has gone down from 0.49 to 0.19, T down from 349 to 106, and E2 up from 31 to 123. I am applying the gel about 12 hours apart which should be delivering approximately 2.5 mg of E2/day. I am also taking

Progynova (Oestradiol) pills - Side Effects?
Hi Everyone, I'm taking Progynova in preparation for a Frozen Embryo Transfer cycle this month and I'm not feeling massively good. I was wondering has anyone suffered from any side effects while on Progynova or Oestradiol pills? Thanks! Clara

HOT FLASHES – Why? What to do?
Patients on transdermal
estradiol
(TDE) therapy did not experience hot flashes. It's not really understood how reducing testosterone brings on hot flashes. However, it's true that hot flashes are a common side effect of LHRH agonist therapy. Hot flashes can range from annoying to debilitating.

Anyone finding themselves irritable?
I’ve just finished the cetrotide injections yesterday but taking
estradiol
three times a day ( cycle day 9) I am so frigging irritable!! Is it the drugs? I wasn’t this bad with my fresh cycle.

Inhibition of estrogen signaling through depletion of estrogen receptor alpha by ursolic acid and betulinic acid from Prunella vulgaris var.
If if you can prevent protein encoding for the growth of PCa cells, and keep
Estradiol
from the ER-Alphas, and some of the ER-Betas---the RNA will not have which to carry to the PCa cell Receptors---since
Estradiol
is the androgen most likely to do the most harm.

First level completed. Hurray! What next?
Hi all, first of all, many thanks for all of you for supporting me through my diagnosis of infertility, which happened quite in a "crude" way (an ectopic pregnancy that doomed my right tube and the contemporary discovery of a left hydrosalpinx) at the end of May this year. After several (useless) appointments
