Nails!
My nails are really deteriorating, soft, bendy, peeling. They’ve been poor for ages but this is much worse. Nothing topical is helping. I’m on 75 mcgs levothyroxine and my TSH levels are good - and on 0.01 % estriol cream for dryness. Could it be that which is making the difference, although I was

Also in April, I restarted my experiment with Estradiol patches as a treatment for osteoporosis and ADT SEs. I started on one 0.25 patch twice per week. Today

My story won't apply to everyone, of course, but you may find a nugget worth considering. I've had mild RLS intermittently for forty years until it recently worsened. I'd always managed it with weighted heat, L-Tryptophan, magnesium glycinate, L-Theanine, and if necessary, a little pacing. At age 36,

PCOS vs Hashimostos
Hi. I've just had the results from my Medichecks "Ultimate Performance" test and I am really very concerned. I took the blood test first thing in the morning after fasting and avoided levothyroxine for 24hrs. The excellent accompanying letter (from a female GP) strongly indicates PCOS which seems

Estetrol for bone density? What estrogen test so I need, anything specific?
Found this interesting article on estetrol and wondering if anyone out there has taken this form of estrogen? I see a lot of posts relating to estradiol patches but the E4 estrogen form appears to be much better at least on first look. The clinical trials were done in the Netherlands so it may be something

As you may know from my previous posts, I've been considering the estradiol patch, as the side effects of 4 years of ADT are mounting. (Spinal Fracture, Osteopenia, Fatigue, bone, joint and and muscle pain as well as general sick feeling. I have discussed on two occasions with my MO, and he is NOT

well I finally got to meet with y Oncologist last week regarding use of estradiol (e2) patch to battle against osteoporosis / osteopenia because the 90 day Xgeva dosing (down from every 28 daysx 2 years) doesn't seem to be doing much. He claims the possible cardiovascular side effects from the PATCH

My 5 Year Blood Test Results
Thanks to Professor Richard J. Wassersug PhD, I started applying estradiol gel (tE2) to lower my testosterone levels in an effort to suppress the proliferation of my PCa recurrence. It has been a miracle hormone for me with ONLY tiny boobs as a side effect, and I haven't seen a doctor in about 6 years

Estradiol experiment update
I had posted here earlier this year about getting a script for estradiol patches. I'd started out with 1 mg patches 2X per week then reduced to .075mg 2 X per week. I ended up pausing the experiment after 37 days due to nipple tenderness along with back pain and muscle pain in my thighs in back that

High estradiol
Hello I wonder if anyone’s had this before. I have stage 4 endo and trying to go through ivf at the moment. Last month was my monitoring cycle and on day 2 of last month my estradiol was slightly high but they said it wasn’t high enough to be concerned (I think it was 260). This month was supposed

I'm reading a book by Dr Edward Friedman The New Testosterone Treatment. I am finding it fascinating and confusing. He claims that the acting hormone for promoting Pca growth is estradiol and not testosterone at all. He makes a very convincing case for his claims. I'm trying to reconcile this
