High estradiol

Hello

I wonder if anyone’s had this before. I have stage 4 endo and trying to go through ivf at the moment. Last month was my monitoring cycle and on day 2 of last month my estradiol was slightly high but they said it wasn’t high enough to be concerned (I think it was 260). This month was supposed to be my treatment cycle. I went in for a blood test today cycle day 2 and the clinic has called saying this month its 367 which is too high for them to do ivf. I therefore have to go in for a repeat blood test tomorrow before they cancel it this month. I mean surely it won’t go down now as I thought it increases up to ovulation. Has anyone had it decrease day 3 of period?

Also I don’t want to get to the same point again next month where they say oh sorry it’s cancelled again. It was really disappointing especially as we got all our drugs this morning from them, we didn’t think they would cancel it but seems likely now. What do clinics do where your estradiol is consistently high? Do they take steps to lower it pre ivf?

Have you discussed your concerns with your clinic ? They are in the best position to answer your questions as they know your history, results etc
