Hi, i know that this has been brought up many times. My father is on Xtandi and he was told to stop taking tumeric because it decreases the effectiveness for the Xtandi.. he also was told to stop green tea. We recently decreased his Xtandi dose to 3 pills instead of 4 because he was having unusual chest

Natural supplements & Low Oestrogen (?)
Hi I've had diagnosed PCOS for about 3 years and I struggle with many of the symptoms, particularly hirsutism and irregular cycles. I'm vegan and eat a largely PCOS-friendly diet (90% of the time) and although I'm not officially overweight, I carry a lot of fat around my midsection regardless of me eating

I'm new here
I'm nearly 69, Gleason 7 (3+4), PSA 10.3, prostate normal size, the cancer appears to be isolated to the left side of prostate, diagnosed last month. I'm currently in Mazatlan, Mx, where the only option is open prostatectomy. I've talked with 2 Urologists and the biopsy MD. I have Medicare A, won't have

Diet changed
Hi guys!! Just thought I would share a few things with you , since my endo excision surgery (4monthsago) I didn’t find any major pain relief to be honest so I changed my diet around , I literally have no carbs after 4pm and if I do have carbs for lunch it’s very little , my diet mainly consists of fruits

Green tea for anxiety first thing in the morning, the jury is still out.
My anxiety is mild but it will always be with me, it's inherited, but Claire Weekes would consider me recovered because I have cured myself before with her acceptance technique so can do it again. For me the worse time is sometimes first thing on waking and I've reported before that this might be because

How much adrenal cortex is there in whole adrenal...?
Does anyone have any idea how much adrenal cortex whole adrenal approximately contains? I have been on 250 mg of adrenal cortex extract for the past year, after weaning off Medrol for adrenal fatigue, and have felt wonderful on it. But I have just started taking a supplement containing, among other things

High AST and ALT levels
My AST and ALT levels are high, tested two months ago. AST 101 ALT 84 Bilirubin 1.7 Nothing else was high. They gave me an ultra sound and it was normal. I quit drinking for 28 days when I had a slight tradegy in the family that led me to drink kind of heavily for 2 weeks when I realized how stupid

I am thinking of starting to take tumeric golden paste, but I take daily blood pressure tablets, could this harm me? is there anything else one should avoid whilst taking the golden paste.

Rash and itching
For the past 2 years I have been getting allergic reactions, I will get a rash around chin and jaw line, sometime on my neck and behind my ears. I noticed that when I eat a lot of foods with high levels of histamine my rash comes back. My doctor prescribed me monteluska, I take it once at night. It did

Naturopath 1st Visit
I went to see a Naturopath Doctor today for the first time. I had an hour and a half long appt. I don't know a lot about this branch of care but I definitely prefer the natural route, then more pharmaceuticals. This is a new learning experience for me. She took time to fully explain what she does.
