After 2 years of having trapped gas and bloating, came on all of a sudden after what it seems trying Estrace creme for hot flashes. I am now on bio-identical hormones. Which help me sleep better. I have tried, diet changes, vitamins, heathers peppermint pills (which do help some) and have gained 25lbs. Have had several tests through my gastro that came back negative. The only thing that seems to help me function is Advil and Flonase nasal spray. it completely flattens my gut, but how long can I keep taking this? Need some advice. Hope

Yes, I found out by accident. 2 sprays in each nostril made all the trapped gas come out. I took it before I went to bed and felt so much better in the morning. I told my GI but he didn't know why.
