Soft eggs - going into 2nd cycle with menopur
Hi all, just had a follow-up consultation as our first round of IVF sadly didn't work. He has recommended changing from Gonal-F to menopur as they collected 9 eggs in first cycle, but out of the 6 healthy ones only 2 fertilised and then didn’t survive. He explained that my eggs are quite soft and not

Over 40- anyone been to Zita West/Fertility Plus and can PM?
Hi All I have failed my 3rd IVF cycle using OE at Guy’s- they have been amazing and lovely. However, I’m now considering moving to another clinic who specialise in over 40s. Has anyone been in the same situation and used Zita West or Fertility Plus, Harley Street? I know Zita West would want to do

Ubiquinol for fertility
Hello, please can anyone advise me which Ubiquinol supplements they have been taken to help egg quality? And the dosage? I’ve found some on zita west and each tablet is 100mg and they have advised to take 2 a day so that would be 200mg per day- would that be enough? Thank you

Zita West recipe with tapioca flour
Anyone knows why Zita West publishes recipes with tapioca flour? It’s a high Glycemic index flour apparently. Wondering what’s the rational?

Switching clinics - CRGH, Zita West, Lister, Evewell, IVI
We’ve had 2 failed IVF cycles recently (Aug & Oct) and are looking to switch clinics. We need a clinic that has expertise in treating women over 40 with low AMH. I’ve just done two cycles on short protocol and high stims. The number of eggs collected were reasonable (7 then 5) but quality significantly

Beetroot juice/pomegranate juice?
Hi ladies Has anyone tried drinking a small glass of beetroot juice or pomegranate juice during their ivf cycle? I've read it can help with blood flow to the uterus and help with linings, (literally willing to try anything) also pomegranate juice is meant to be good for sperm health. Just wondered what

Stainless steel Cookware, eggs
I read Zita west free food detox advice and she mentions to avoid cookware in stainless steel. I thought it was safe. I replaced all my plastic for stainless steel. So I have now pots, tongues, turners etc in stainless steel. Anyone knows more about this? I use aluminium paper to cover food in my oven

Zita West 30 Day TTC & IVF Prep Course
Hi Ladies, I hope you are all doing as well as can be in these awful times. Having had cancelled ICSI treatment myself, just days before starting due to COVID19, I have found it very difficult with all the uncertainty to feel positive and in control of our next steps. My friend shared this with me, and
