Soft eggs - going into 2nd cycle with menopur

Hi all, just had a follow-up consultation as our first round of IVF sadly didn't work. He has recommended changing from Gonal-F to menopur as they collected 9 eggs in first cycle, but out of the 6 healthy ones only 2 fertilised and then didn’t survive. He explained that my eggs are quite soft and not very strong so we need to improve the quality. To add another issue, I have a couple of small polyps so need to have a fresh transfer if my eggs are not good enough to freeze. I'm 36, but have a low egg reserve so feel rather anxious that time is running out. I'm taking Zita West supplements and just ordered some from her shop for Ubiquinol. Is there anyone who has been through similar or can recommend anything else. I already go to acupuncture. Thank you.

Hi Milly, sorry to hear about your first round. My husband and I both took the following before our last cycle and it was far more successful than previous rounds:Per day

Omega x 2

Ubiquinol x 4

N-Acetyl Cysteine x 2

250ml Whole milk (smoothie with flaxseed powder, chia seeds, blueberry powder, banana)

1 x vitamin E
