Hi Ladies,

I hope you are all doing as well as can be in these awful times. Having had cancelled ICSI treatment myself, just days before starting due to COVID19, I have found it very difficult with all the uncertainty to feel positive and in control of our next steps. My friend shared this with me, and I wanted to share it with you all, as I have just listened to the 1st session (if you can't do Insta live, they send you the link to the video) and I think its going to really help me get focused and prepped for when our time does come.

She has also mentioned that after the 30 days - so in 4 to 6 weeks she really would be hoping that clinics would be starting back up again, so there is hope there!

Yes it's free, you sign up and get to join her insta lives, or get sent the videos, will range from advice with nutrition, lifestyle, wellbeing etc and have experts on. You get sent worksheets to complete. It's nice to feel a part of something, and can get advice that can help us through this time xx

Trying to be positive- can be very difficult at times as you (and everyone else) well know!

Work keeping me busy for now. Not had much info from the clinic apart from when we called saying check the website 🙄

Have to say the admin side of our clinic tended to be on the lacking side the last 2 times but I know there’s bigger fish to fry at the moment

Glad to hear you're keeping busy with work. To be honest the admin side at our new clinic havent been the best either but at least they dont deal with eggs and sperm ey! Thank god!

Definitely good and bad days isnt it, but I'm hoping not too much longer 🤞🤞 xx
