Coming off HRT patches
Hi everyone, I'm 55 years old and I've been on a bit of a health journey these last few years to say the least, with many debilitating symptoms including crushing fatigue. As part of the treatment for this, I went onto HRT oestrogen patches 18 months ago, along with the mirena coil I already had.

Estradiol levels high? and progesterone help!
Good morning! I'm 47, and have been on HRT for about 2 years. I have evorel 50 and 2 weeks of micronised progesterone every 12 weeks. I also have under active thyroid disease and have to have vitamin b12 injections, so some symptoms can get confused! HRT has managed hot flushes and other peri-specific

eyes- optician unable to correct my vision so all images (close and far) are blurry
Since 2015 I have been on methotrexate 20mg; sulphasalazine and had
Enbrel
(changed to Benepali) from 2017. I would say RA in chemical remission. Should I just accept this or should I be contacting the RA team - which is nigh on impossible. Something has changed.

Femseven conti patches
Hi,Has anyone been prescribed femseven conti patches? I've been prescribed these by the nurse at the GP surgery as an alternative to evorel as they were making me bleed and my anxiety was really bad. I've read on the packet they could increase fibroids so not sure I should be taking them. I'm on 3

Help with hypothyroidism & oestrogen
Good evening I was wondering if anybody has had the same experience as myself and how it was resolved. I was first given oestrogel for my peri menopausal symptoms and felt very unwell on it along with the headaches and crippling anxiety and vertigo I feel as if I'm over medicated on my levothyroxine

Endo 'Stroke'
15 years ago I had endo ablation and 2 x 5cm ovarian cysts aspirated with success until now. Fast forward a relatively easy time of periods but on/off PMS with an undiagnosed progesterone intolerant body I am now perimenopausal at 47 years of age in health dire straits. I started on Evorel Sequi, changed

Help interpreting results & likelihood of diagnosis if I saw a private practitioner.
Good afternoon, Iām at my witās end and would very much appreciate help interpreting recent blood tests and symptoms. I previously posted a few weeks back with details of private tests carried out with Monitor my Health on 24/1/23. They were as follows: TSH 4.74 mu/L (0.27 - 4.2) FT4 13.9 pmol/

Nothingās Easy With Me! š¤¬
As far as I was concerned, I was going to discuss which biologic I was going to take and how to self inject - Etanercept (
Enbrel
) or Adalimumab (Humira). Again, Iāve left a message on the Rheumatology Helpline for confirmation of what Iām actually going in for. UPDATE - Rheumy nurse just phoned.

Estrogen patches and thrush
I think I may have thrush and have read this is a side effect of Evorel patches. Am I allowed to take canestan (pessaries/ tablet?) before a transfer?

Evorel Conti - how do you take it?
I previously would stick one patch on
Monday
, then remove that and stick a new patch on
Thursday
. I would
repeat
this weekly. However, I keep bleeding/heavy spotting most of the time and if anything, I get just 4 days break from bleeding if I'm lucky. From this week, I have tried

ERA cycle - lining issues and follicle
Hello, i'm on the 4th cycle to attempt an ERA for a FET, the first ones were cancelled as lining wasn't where the clinic would like. The only changes this time is to take evorel patches (2 x 100) every other day. I also took cetrotide for the 7 days and in ALL other cycles this stopped my follicles

Picking your brains/ next step for improved health.
Hi, I'm on 125 levothyroxine. I've got three children and went into the menopause after the third was born - almost three years ago. I'm on evorel conti patches. For the past two years I've had daily migraines on waking, have found it hard to be focused and to do what I need to do, have had a very sore
