DVTs in both legs and pulmonary

were found by chance on a cardiology work-up three years ago and I was completely unaware of them. I am currently London based and am being treated at West Middlesex Hospital (Chelsea and Westminter Trust).

Weight loss due to adrenal insufficiency?
I have been steadily losing weight since a pulmonary
embolism
in early January. I dropped from 59 kilos to 55/54 kilos in 3 months but it levelled off. That was probably expected and OK for my height at 5ft 2".I started slow reductions of prednisone early April from 7mg to 6.5mg.

Something still not right…. Advice anyone? 🙏🏽
She mentioned possible pulmonary
embolism
on the plane, but I’m pretty confident this is asthma and residual inflammation. Weird thing is peak flow good (420 which is normal), oxygen ok, pulse ok, blood pressure ok BUT I keep getting a tight chest.

Aps and topamax?
I had a dvt and pulmonary
embolism
and have since been on warfarin for the past 6 years. I recently saw a weight loss dr to try to get some help getting some stubborn weight off and she prescribed me phentermine/topamax along with eating well and exercise.

Do women with endo still go through the menopause despite the high levels of oestrogen?? and medical negligence...
Not to mention that the surgeon did not give me anticoagulant injections to take home and 6 days later I developed a pulmonary
embolism
and now I am on apixaban for life... can one take legal action when their decisions and negligence impact our lives so detrimentally??

pleural effusion
I just found out two days ago I have fluid on my right lung. I had one litre drained yesterday and I’m going next Tuesday to get more drained. Waiting for a CT scan. I was first diagnosed 3 years ago stage 3c. Had interval debulking and declared NED had 2 years on Olapaib. Has anyone any experience

Endo and oestrogen and risk for blood clots
I think I developed a pulmonary
embolism
after surgery because of the endo or because the surgeon scraped some of it during the surgery. I wonder if I can safely come off the blood thinners or if I should stay on them because of the endo.

issues have thankfully come back negative but I am still no further forward in understanding whether these pains are 'part of the healing process' or whether I should be insisting on more investigations.
