ECG results showed: Bradycardia sinus rhythm. Any thoughts on what that is? I just want to be somewhat prepared when I have Cardiologists appointment tomorrow. Googling it just brings up so many different results.

unexplained tachycardia
Hi, I have had unexplained tachycardia for 18 months. saw a cardiologist last year and he said I had POTs, was on bisoprolol for about a year but came off it as it was making me ill. After 2 months no medication I woke up to heart rate of 160 and took 1.25 bisoprolol but several hours later it was

24hr ECG confusion ?
Hello – I hope this isn’t a daft question – I have been undergoing a number of tests over a recent period (Echocardiogram, Cardiac angiogram, 24hr ECG, resting ECG, and ETT). Whilst I’m still waiting for report from the ETT (I did manage 10 min) the latest 24hr ECG threw up a whole raft of issues which

Thump in my chest.
I had a real thump in my chest this morning felt it was at the back of my heart. I got a bit of a scare as I've never had this before. It's left me feeling a bit lightheaded. Definitely not AF as l checked my kardiamobile and it shows me in NSR. My oxy level is okay although my blood pressure is slightly

I was told that the hospital did not want me to come home as blood pressure extremely high but I did. After lots of questions the nurse informed

Afib reported by watch when I have a tummy bug
I've had several ECGs and a 24hour ECG none of which show any Afib. But whenever I have a tummy bug my Withings ECG watch regularly reports an Afib and then a normal a few minutes later. Anyone experiencing this close correlation between tummy bug and Afib but not otherwise please

Benefits of ECG enabled wearables
Hi there, I'm new to HealtUnlocked and new to DCM, brought on by the PLN mutation I carry. I was diagnosed in September, with a tiny amount of fibrosis in my heart muscle. Thankfully, to date, I've not had any symptoms, and my pump function is well within normal range, according to the results letter

Kardia showed normal sinus rhythm with wide QRS
I have the Kardia and have the advanced determination so it records 6 arrhythmias I have so far stayed in NSR for last 34 days, from July it has been every 7/10 days, so really pleased. But did one tonight and it gave normal sinus rhythm with wide QRS I have clicked on it and it says something about

Am I Relapsing
I was diagnosed by GP with PMR Aug 2019. Started with 15 mg pred got down to 3 by November 2021 then had a relapse. Extreme fatigue major symptom. Saw Rheumi who confirmed PMR put back to 10 mg Dec 2021 with the advice of trying MTX in May this year. Said I’d prefer to try reducing again but slowly

Again more dizziness and nausea
I wrote about 4 months ago about bouts of diziness and nausea. It was happening again this weekend, and got really bad - with lots of chest pain to go with it. I took the advice of people on this forum, and went to A&E to get checked out. They gave me an ECG and blood tests, and said no significant

Pericarditis; anxious and overwhelmed
Hello! I would like some advice and support/reassurance about my current situation. I had pericarditis a year and a half ago following C word, which resolved completely. I was fully well and due to be discharged by the cardiologist in my next appointment(next week). 4weeks ago, I took the V word and

High Blood Pressure and prescribed medication
I was asked to monitor my blood pressure twice a day for 7 days and forward results to my GP Surgery. Unfortunately none of my readings were normal. I have now been contacted to arrange an ECG and Blood Test. I was told that a prescription would be available from my pharmacy, I said that I couldn’t take

So now I'm a bit scared.
I posted about deciding to do an ablation consult the other day, I have that scheduled for Dec 30th. Well that evening the 23rd I had a new arrhythmia show up. I sent it to Kardia clinician review, and they said it was ventricular tachycardia. The sort of rhythm that when sustained can lead to ventricular

disappointed
we’ll what a let down after all the stress of this week and being told to expect an urgent call from the doctor this morning, a doctor rang and asked me what was wrong. Apparently he was a locum and knew nothing about what had occurred, I could not understand his Accent and kept losing phone signal

Is it AF or just ectopics
Around 6 weeks a g o my BP monitor showed erratic heart rate for 5 days, every time I took it. Pulse was the usual 80s, BP was around 124/72 but when I felt my pulse it was constantly very erratic; missing about every 3rd beat. I went to Urgent care who did a 30 second ECG and said it w as atrial

Flecainide update
Apologies if you're reading this twice but I follow this and arrythmia alliance pages. Just a follow up for those who were interested in flecainide. I initially tried this as a PIP for ectopics that although not considered a significant 'burden', had an awful impact on my life. The PIP approach was

Flecainide trial and update
Just a follow up for those who were interested in flecainide. I initially tried this as a PIP for ectopics that although not considered a significant 'burden', had an awful impact on my life. The PIP approach was very effective for me and so decided to go for the 'dailly' route. I had an ECG on day

New shooting pain in left breast
So today I have another strange new symptom - quick shooting pain from my left side across/through my left breast. Its happened 3 times today and each time its been about 6 quick pains then went away, all times I have been relaxed and at rest. I have done an ECG on my Apple Watch, checked my heart
