ECG results showed: Bradycardia sinus rhythm.
Any thoughts on what that is? I just want to be somewhat prepared when I have Cardiologists appointment tomorrow. Googling it just brings up so many different results.

It was a full 12 lead. It says HR 53. I’m assuming that means heart rate. Thanks for explanation. I now see that 53 is nothing to worry about.
Hi. I've had it for years on and off but now I have a Pacemaker thankfully. There have been times when my HR has gone well below 30 accompanied by severe dizziness and fainting. Now that I have had the Pacemaker it no longer happens. They are amazing!!
Google is a bit of a nightmare. My resting HR is around 42-48 I've had four Holter ECG's this year, one for seven days, all came back with the same summary results as you Bradycardia ( slow HR) opposite of Tachycardia (fast HR) which is less desirable! Sinus rhythm is good. In detail you may be told you also have ectopic beats, extra or missing beats, but again these are very common and not in themselves an indication of any problems. Think of the song 'your heart goes bumpety, bumpety, bumpety, bumpety, bumpety, bumpety, bump bump bump'! When in hospital the HR monitor kept going on to alarm because it was set at the standard HR of 60, which annoyed the nurse and made her less than sympathetic towards me!!!!!
In my case the heart is good as is the cardiovascular and if you have been active Bradycardia can be how this is reflected, ie the heart is fit. Athletes often have bradycardia.
So when you go for your results face to face don't focus too much on this but do listen out for anything else that is said.
Hope everything goes okay.
