Afib reported by watch when I have a tummy bug

I've had several ECGs and a 24hour ECG none of which show any Afib.

But whenever I have a tummy bug my Withings ECG watch regularly reports an Afib and then a normal a few minutes later.

Anyone experiencing this close correlation between tummy bug and Afib but not otherwise please
