Recently diagnosed with bronchiectasis
I've bought a Aerobika from America to help keep my lungs clear, and take a daily course of vitamin D,
echinacea
, magnesium and garlic tablets to try and keep my immune system good, and so far this year it seems to be working quite well!

Echinacea??
I have had constant colds this year due to poor immunity, and wondered if it's worth taking
echinacea
to boost it. Anyone tried this or have any other ideas? All advice would be greatly received. Paula🤧🤧

Echinacea while on HU? Can we take?
Are we allowed to take this herbal supplement? It is contraindicated with auto immune disorders.

Natural supplements!
I already take probiotics, fish oil, garlic and
echinacea
... I'm still going to ask my specialist what she thinks in terms of other medications to take but would like to bring up some other natural things to her and see what she thinks. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hand eczema
I started to take a lot of vitamins and supplements on my own: vitamin C,
Echinacea
, Omega 3 fish oil, Q10, Primrose and starflower tablets, Folic acid 400 mcg, black seed oil. I drink herbal teas. I eat all home made food, don’t drink, since this week I stopped eating diary.

Echinacea and Pred
I am looking for some advice on taking
Echinacea
whilst on Pred. I have a heavy head cold at the mo and in the past I would have taken
Echinacea
to help speed up recovery. I thought I had seen a comment on here about not taking it while on pred so wondered if anyone had any info.

Onions are great antioxidents
I was treating the cough/cold with herbal teas, ginger/mullein/
echinacea
, all great teas for cough/colds. I did use onion as well. I had read once before that cutting the top and bottom of an onion and placing them on the bottom of your feet, using socks to hold them in place, did the trick.

Vitamin A and anxiety
These were t tablets of vitamin A, they were a mix of it, vitamin C, zinc, and
echinacea
. But I read stuff about liver damage and I am still dizzy. How dangerous is this? I hear im just supposed to let my body get rid of it, but have I taken too much of it to the point where it's really bad?

Rotten cold. Feeling groggy.
A friend recently mentioned a vitamin supplement called
echinacea
. But I just read about it and it's meant to help the immune system. Ra is an auto.immune disease so could this new vitamin supplement make my arthritis worse???

Diet, Nutribullet and the immune system
Apart from stopping alcohol altogether which I've done, there are three things I think have made a big impact:
Echinacea
and Elderberry tincture (Neal's Yard, can order by phone, not cheap), Manuka Honey (most wholefood shops, also not cheap but just a teaspoon a day is enough) and my Nutribullet blender

Echinacea and asthma
This week I took
echinacea
as I felt another cold coming on - I teach in a college so germs are a plenty - and my chest is considerably tighter since. I am wondering if anybody else has had experience of this or am I just making a connection that isn't there?
