Cbd Oil
Hi all, and a Healthy New Year 🤣 I am awaiting formal diagnosis, and new to this group, so forgive me if I am coming late to the party with this.... Last week after crippling knee, hip, chest, wrist etc etc pain, I thought I would try CBD oil (which I thought would be more snake oil than miracle cure

Cbd oil and Zoloft
I'm on Zoloft for anxiety and depression but I've noticed it's only doing stuff for the depression, but my anxiety is what makes me want to hurt myself. My doctor wants me on it for another week I believe but my anxiety is so overwhelming that I'm finding it hard to have conversations without yelling

The end of this journey had come
My husband Kurt, passed to God on Christmas night. It was peaceful. So I share to give you hope that this can be the end for your loved one. Just was diagnosed with FTD agrammativ variant, PSP and eventually CBD. I had a week of feeling him small amounts of ice cream about a week before he passed and

The PSP Chronicles Volume II - Paperback Now Available
My second book is now available in paperback through Amazon. It may take up to 2 weeks for its expanded retailers to upload the files. There's more content in this book than my first one... trying bring my journey to a closer timeline. And, like before I would ask that you please give the book a review

My lovely husband Paul passed away last night at 9:35pm
It’s all happened so fast. This time last year we still thought Paul had suffered a stroke as only his dominant left hand was affected, and then the symptoms gradually spread to his other hand, and strokes don’t do that. We saw the neurologist in May of this year who diagnosed it as being CBD, and Paul

Apixoban
I am about to start taking apixaban instead of Warfarin. Has anyone taken CBD oil or turmeric with it to help with the pain of RA? A friend of mine takes apixaban and CBD oil and she thinks it is marvellous. When I read the side effects of CBD they were very scary! So it has put me off.

Pudendal Nerve Entrapment
Hi, I have been suffering with pudendal nerve entrapment since June 2015 and to date am still in pain. I take Gabapentin and amiltriptyline for the pain but to be perfectly honest, they are not that effective. I have had every single test done under the sun including xrays, ultrasounds, Scans, MRIs

What has been working for me with PMR
Thought I would post this, just in case it might assist someone else out there. PMR since June 2019 and at one point managed to get off of pred to try another drug, although it was too hard on my stomach, so back on pred and now it's been 7 months and I'm at 8 mg and feel pretty good, my ESR is down

Help, need advice
Hi, I've just been diagnosed with fm, which explains a lot over the years, but I've struggled for years with severe pain and tiredness. I've been started on 75mg pregabalin, paracetamol, naproxen and codeine, as yet, I don't feel any benefit. I've been told they can help treat some symptoms, but not

Biogen PASSPORT study discontinued
At the end of last week pharmaceutical company Biogen announced they would be discontinuing their PASSPORT study, developing a drug treatment for PSP. During the 12-month study involving 490 participants, it was found that the drug gosuranemab, an intravenously infused antibody, failed to slow down

CBD and thrombocytopenia
I just found this community on here and I was just looking for information, I wasn't trying to step on toes. I've had ITP for 20 years I have always went to the doctors on a regular basis. I have read lots of reviews on here, trying to read any tips I can get. I read what this sight was for, I get it

CBD Clinical Trial
Hello all, My husband is entering the UCSF Clinical Trial for CBD this week (in California). He's going to meet one of the doctors who's an expert in the field, who will do an assessment (with his previous MRIs) to decide on the first day if it's likely CBD or not. If yes, then they run a whole gamut

Palliative Care..
Hi all my lovely Mum with CBD (10th year) has been 4 weeks in hospital. She was initially admitted with abdominal blockage, then urine infection, then aspiration pneumonia. During the throes of awful pneumonia she lost her already weak ability to swallow. We were told it wouldn't be humane to put a PEG

I’m new to the site. My husband has CBD
I guess I’m just looking for support through this process from people that understand it better than I do. My husband was diagnosed a year and a half ago. He has horrible apraxia and needs help with nearly everything.... dressing, showering, shaving, etc. I feel blessed that I have the time and freedom
