Just to help in the application of your question; Are you looking for pain relief or??
I don't have any experience with it for melanoma symptom management, but I think some folks here have. But as with any medication or supplement addition, we talk this over with our oncologist to make sure we know what we are tracking, at what does, for what purpose, and to avoid accidental drug interactions.
For nausea control, my husband has switched in the past week from compazine and zofran to decadron (a steroid) in combination with Marinol (medical oral THC). It seems to be a good current combination and is far less sedating than the compazine was. The zofran alone was no longer holding him.
I have 2 young friends who use the topical oil for joint pain and have found this is helpful. Another friend uses topical CBD oil on his hands for arthritis pain. None of these folks live with melanoma or any auto-immune disorder.

Thanks, can’t use decadron as it is antagonistic to Keytruda.Saw doc today and scan set for Dec 12.🙏🏻

I agree with Missyrand. Whatever your want to take run it by your oncologist to make sure it is OK. I was fighting a chest cold while on Keytruda and took over the counter theraflu. The theraflu had a bad interaction with the Keytruda and caused my kidneys to start shutting down. My BUN and Creatine levels were shooting through the roof. I had to see a Nephrologist and with stopping the theraflu everything returned to normal in a couple of days. The experience scared the crap out of me and now I run every medicine, vitamin, supplement by the oncologist or nurse to make sure there are not any more issues. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the the advice
