The end of this journey had come

My husband Kurt, passed to God on Christmas night. It was peaceful. So I share to give you hope that this can be the end for your loved one. Just was diagnosed with FTD agrammativ variant, PSP and eventually CBD. I had a week of feeling him small amounts of ice cream about a week before he passed and he looked me directly in the eye. And still kissed me-so precious.

Hi Susan, I am so sorry Kurt had to leave you but I hope it comforts you to know he is now free and passed to a better place peacefully. I read the obituary and Kurt sounds like a man who loved life, learning and people. You have many good memories to look back on. I’m sure he would like you to continue to live life to the full now your caring duties are complete. We all grieve in different ways but Kurt will always be with you, whatever you do and I pray that with the support of friends and family, you will soon find there can be a good life after PSP.

You are in my thoughts and prayers and will be especially on 3rd January.

May you receive that special peace that only He can give.

❤️XxxX

Oh Susan

My heart goes out to you. He is now free from this cruel disease and flying free like my darling Chris.

These first days seem slightly surreal, but please keep on keeping on.

Hugs
