I have been on amitriptyline for the past 12 years to help with fibro and insomnia. My dose was 10 mgs. I have never felt well. Always groggy but put up with it as I had tried a lot of other drugs but could not tolerate them. I used to take my ami early evening to try to stop the tiredness but to no

hi, I’ve bought some of the Goodrays CBD gummies that Shumbah posted about & took 1 X 25mg the 1st night & 2 x 25mg ( max dose on bottle ) the last 4 nights with sadly no positive ( or negative ) effect. I read it can take 5 days to work. Does anyone have any experience of CBD oil & can advise if

Practical Advice for having a social life with IBS-D
I'm determined not to let IBS-D stop me from living an active lifestyle. I'm a married mom of 3 and also very social however most people around me don't know about my daily struggle with IBS-D. I'm not looking to share this information either. If I'm going anywhere with friends or family, I generally

CBD oil and interactions with other mediciines
Here I am on my 1st night taking CBD oil after ordering some after Shumbah’s recent post - not yet working but that’s not the point of this post. I was excited to try but also had my natural wariness so checked online for all the safety info & found it interacts with a fair number of other medicines

Excellent sleep aid
Hi gang. You all know the trouble I’ve had sleeping recently. Well last night I added two new elements to my routine: CBD oil and this product from a Canadian? firm called Comfort Linen . The sheets etc are designed to work together and I must say I was very impressed with the freeing up of my movements

How to travel to Europe with medication and supplements?
Hello, I am hoping to go with my family to Europe but I worry I won’t be able to because am dependent on sleep aids. I take 20 mg of melatonin and have recently started to need CBD with 1 gram of THC to sleep. Without these, the likelihood of never falling asleep at all is great. We have promised

Cannabis update
Hi I started two oils CBD (with some THC) 0.2ml twice a day £50 and THC 0.05ml once day and increased to 0.1 after three days, £30, both 10ml.I’ve a follow up next week. I think it’s helping, pain hasn’t been as bad and I take the THC mid afternoon so I can eat with less pain. It’s not 100% and so

ropinerole
I have suffered from rls on and off for 40 years. 5 years ago it became unbearable. The doctor prescribed 1mg ropinerole at night. A miracle! From the first dose I had a full night's sleep. However, within a few months my legs were aching badly and keeping me awake at night. Spoke to a pharmacist

Not in the right headspace the last few months. Wondered if I could use these for a while to get started. Thank you in advance

Good news about CBD oil
I have just been informed by my daughter who lives in Auckland and works at one of the major hospitals in Auckland that CBD oil is now being prescribed and recommended by the hospital doctors. How wonderful to make this product legal in New Zealand, hopefully it soon comes to Australia as it works

New and current hope for Parkinson's Disease
Sorry, we didn't find She at first was told she had PD and we went through all the usual emotional grief associated. Then she was told not PD but a "Pitched nerve" and was given a block. Then she continued having dystonia to left leg. Was told to follow up with a movement specialist for possible botox
