I saw this post and took a screen shot for the good people of the UK

Earlier this year I was on holidays in Amsterdam , I was in desperate need of pain relief my lower back needs a 3 level fusion bones are crumbling so fusion is not an option.

I bought good quality CBD oil the man who sold it to me explained that I would not feel the difference for 5 days . He said for accurate measure and no waste drip onto a teaspoon pop spoon under the tongue 2 drops Am and 5 drops PM . Day 6 was remarkable difference for me.

My doctor has patients with Parkinson’s getting good results from CBD oil.

CBD has ZERO THC equal no high and ability to drive.

Can’t wait until we can by cbd online here in Australia, I most certainly will stock up when I head to the UK in February.

It appears to be currently out of stock worth keeping your eye on availability.

Thanks for that Shumbah.Wondering if anyone out there can suggest a really good CBD oil? I have some Cannabitol thc free hemp oil. I bought it to calm anxiety. It dosn't seem to make any difference though. Is CBD oil better than hemp oil?

Also, I bought some CBD gummies, (forget the brand - from the states) and I felt nausious with them. Are gummies such as those on the screen shot generally supposed to be relaxing and help pain?

Thank you

😊

Hi Jane , there is a big difference between CBD and Hemp oil

I’m simple terms

Hemp is more vitamin supplement where as CBD positively acts with our endocannabinoid system and that is what regulates mood.

CBD oil quality counts.

I have not personally tried the one posted.

Ah okay, thank you Shumbah.

Btw, 2 months into my Buprenorphine - 1200 mcgs daily, (often have less) and all is going well.

Only draw-back is tiredness through the day. Diognsed ME/CFS 4 years ago so not sure if it is the Bup' or the CFS accounting for that. Going to experiment with dose timing and amounts.

Thank you for your continuing support.

Jane 😊

hi Jane , I actually don’t think it’s the Buprenorphine, it actually can be our body asking for payback for lost sleep.

I was taught this by a very experienced professor now pass away. Example refractory Bipolar patient who have not slept properly for years where the first 13 people people on the trial using Epilum for bipolar in 1989 I think it was. He said if it works the body will demand payback and the patients may sleep for the first 6 months.

12 people of the 13 people did extremely well on Epilum their bodies all had a pay back sleep deprivation time before normalising. It’s called payback.

I know I would fall asleep at the drop of a hat for the first year and dead deep sleep. I was not drowsy in the day.

Even now if I fall asleep in the day or on a plane you won’t wake me. I have never had such deep sleep and the dreams.

Sleep a great time to heal.

Having said that we are all different Endone and phenergan send most to sleep and I am the opposite.

Thorne brain factor might help.

Thorne is high quality vitamin company . I Go direct to there website as they give very good information on each product. You may something that helps you .

Thank you my friend. Helpfull as always. I think you are right.I have had RLS for most of my life. It is totally covered now and I can sit and lie down whenever I want to.

I think back to pre opiod days with horror.

I take Thorne Basic B vits but will check out their site again.

It was from reading your bio and circumstances 2/3 years ago that set me on the path for Buprenorphine.

It's taken all this time to find a medic to prescribe, (bless you jools).

It shouldn't have to be like this and it has been an exhausting journey.

If anyone out there is struggling to find a medic that will prescribe in the UK, PM me and I can share contacts.

Jane 🤗

Out of interest, do you take your Bup' dose all within a two or so hour slot in the evening?I am taking it 3 x daily. Maybe that's an issue?

How much buprenorphine do you take Shumba? Do you think Temgesic are inferior to the actual buprenorphine tablets.? My neurologist says he is willing for me to change from Temgesic to buprenorphine if I wish , is this a good idea as my RLS isn’t completely covered yet.

Shumbah profile image
Shumbah in reply tobedith6

Hello lovely

Temgesic is 0.02microgram with only 5 hr half life .

I take 2mg milligram of buprenorphine 24 hr half life very important to have Buprenorphine singular without added naloxone.

When you get I’m happy to ring you and talk you through the first few days. Don’t use the whole 2 mg night one.

I am so very please you doctor will prescribe Buprenorphine you will have complete peace.

Thank you for your reply Shumba. It seems I can’t have the buprenorphine yet ( my neurologist is making me wait a bit longer for some reason)When he allows it I will be in touch with you again, if you wouldn’t mind. Best Wishes.

Goodrays have their own online shop and are advisedly stocked in some UK supermarkets and other outlets besides Amazon.

(I have not tried their products or their service)

What I love is that we are almost conducting our own clinical trials and we hear the results pretty quickly.

CBD oil like vitamins come down to quality so I am interested to hear what results people get.It is something you can increase the dose as you go to get the desired effect. I Always start low.
