CBD gummies - time to work?

hi, I’ve bought some of the Goodrays CBD gummies that Shumbah posted about & took 1 X 25mg the 1st night & 2 x 25mg ( max dose on bottle ) the last 4 nights with sadly no positive ( or negative ) effect.

I read it can take 5 days to work. Does anyone have any experience of CBD oil & can advise if it is worth persisting a bit longer or not.

I hope you get some experiential advice. It's clear from going through posts on this and other health unlocked forums that some people feel that they are helped by CBD for various things and some report no effects 🤷‍♂️

I have had to take 100mg of CBD oil to be effective. Your dose may not be high enough.

thanks. Do you mean to be effective in helping RLS or other conditions. On the bottle I have it states to take no more than 2 tabs a day which makes me a bit wary.

CBD helps with my insomnia which is secondary to my RLS. I take low dose opioids for the restlessness. When you google to see the maximum dose of CBD nothing comes up presumably because it depends on the person. I have even gone up to 150mg but went back to 100 as I didn’t think that the extra 50 mg made any difference. I’ve tried to cut back because it’s quite expensive!
