Growth Factor appears to be what we should all be learning about. Why?
In our case these are the
dopamine
producing cells in our brain and the Growth Factor is called GDNF (Glial Derived Neurotrophic Factor) and that repairs or replaces those cells and gives us more natural

Acetylcholine Deficiency plays a big role in why people with ADHD have multiple troubling symptoms/tendencies.
Interestingly enough it is thought that out of the 7 major
Dopamine
receptors there is a similar variation in the D4
Dopamine
receptor that causes a faster reuptake of
Dopamine
in the brain of people with ADHD.

I am looking to hear from anyone who has been using the velvet bean as a source of naturally occurring source of
dopamine
. I was on Sinemet for about 4 years and developed dyskinesia and had to consider other options.

Topiramate and the unlucky few
That article seems to indicate that they think the psychosis effect might be
dopamine
related? I’m curious if any of you have taken topamax and may have noticed these symptoms.

There is a treatment
The brain of people with restless legs seems to need more iron which works as a co-enzyme on the
dopamine
system. The usual tests for iron deficiency don’t indicate deficiency. Ferritin is more helpful but people with restless legs need a level that is mid to high.

I must have been using up
dopamine
all night when your brain should be storing it. So get a study done if you have morning issues!

Lab Results: Amphetamines Skewing Results?
Amphetamines also transiently increase
dopamine
release for between 1 and 3 weeks." After 8 months, it seems like the amphetamines unmasked problems in HPA axis.

PD drugs accelerate disease progression
quotes - "All along PD progression brain produces less and less
dopamine
. Since l-dopa inhibits
dopamine
production it accelerates deficiency and patient becomes addicted to l-dopa. At this stage brain will never produce

again.

Research breakthrough in Mexico! Mexico team makes progress in Parkinson’s treatment
Mexican researchers developed a
dopamine
patch that is implanted in an individuals brain. The
dopamine
patch has helped PD sufferers recover to 85% of their capacity. Has anyone heard of this? Why aren't we hearing about something like this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSSNNbwxF0s

MRI with low dose radiation?
He said it would show how much
dopamine
was available (or something like that). We were given the choice of doing nothing, having an MRI or going straight to a trial of drugs, the doc thought the scan was the best option.
