I stumbled across this page while I was doing something else. I don't think it's new but maybe it is? I haven't had the chance to go through it thoroughly but it looks interesting.

Seems to be ok.
The Question and Answer section doesn't seem to be functioning- questions not answered.
Are they pushing Tyrosine?
I don't think so. But as I said, I've not delved further. Just thought it may be of help.
Tyrosine is on the VERY long list they have right on the front page. And, that has no good reputation in the RLS community. with a quick look at it, they are selling genetic testing and other things. I never recommend anything that is recommended on a web site with an agenda that includes $$$$$$$$$. So, you asked, but they are only after your money. "Dopamine supplements" are not regulated, tested, or studied in proper studies. This is a guy named Joe, made up the term "biohacking" 4 yrs ago, selling books, and supplements , and he has zero credentials. Also, the first thing I saw on the top of the page is "store". On those web sites I run away fast. Save your money.
Interesting. Thanks whippetmama
Thank you for that Whippetmama- very good article. I would like to add Fava beans or broad beans as they are known in Australia as they are known to help produce dopamine.
Junk the article is junk
There's way junkier articles than this one - at least all his statements are linked to references in the text (R). The basic science seems intact. BTW - I have bought EVERY supplement that purported to help RLS and sleep and guess what - THERE IS NO MAGIC BULLET!
