Now, just kidney and BP issues, staying at 140/90 with
diuretic
. Having severe pain, nausea, sweats, lethargy, during attack...feeling-like passing out (especially standing)....to start. Itching, loss of appetite, restless leg syndrome, memory/blank. It's bad.

Nettle Leaf Tea-conversations with Dr?
"Nettle leaf tea is a powerful
diuretic
and depurative. It can prevent the need for dialysis by enhancing blood purification, removing creatinine and uric acid, dissolving gallstones, improving urination and controlling infection and inflammation of the kidneys."

Diuretic alternative?
As many of you know the Bumetanide that I take is really life limiting for me, meaning that every third day or second day (I have cut back from every day) I have to be very near a personal toilet for 7-8 hours. I can't even make phone calls or have visitors in the first 5 hours due to the amount of times

Carbimazole, loop diuretic and extreme insomnia
My mum is 89 and has copd, heart failure and hyperthyroidism. In the last five months she has been to hospital four times. She's hardly slept in that time. Only on a few nights has she had more than two hours sleep. She recently had her carbimazole raised from 10 to 15 mg per day as her hormones were

Leg swelling
I was told I could use a low dose
diuretic
to help. But as we now they have to be taken first thing in the morning. And I was told only use them when absolutely necessary. My issue is morning time my legs are fine so I don’t know when I’m going to need them or not.

update after PVI
I cannot cope with furosemide and take indapamide which is a thiazide
diuretic
and is more gentle than a loop
diuretic
. I have just received a phone call from the office of my EP and he is happy at my drugs regime as my GP surgery refused to change my drugs without the say so of the EP.

Is osteoporosis leads to swelling of legs?
For this, she takes Frumil (
diuretic
) tablet in empty stormach early in the morning. This swelling is continuing for a year. It is pertinent to mention here that that she doesnot suffer from any renal parenchymal (kidney) diseases and her serum creatinine is 0.8 mg/dl and urea 35 mg/dl.

Thetford Parkrun - I cried
I downed a couple of pints of water and had a banana, after taking my medication, wisely omitting the
diuretic
. My buddy arrived, and after a couple of last-minute wees, we set off.

Spironolactone withdrawal?
I wonder if it is possible that my kidneys have somehow become "locked" in a
diuretic
mode, and are continuing to function this way despite having no
diuretic
medication? From what I could tell from google, spiro has a pretty short half-life, 24-48 hours.

Worried
The neph prescribed an ace Inhibitor and a
diuretic
. It seemed to do the trick and decreased the protein by a lot. He discharged me to my family doc with blood work every 6 months.

Has anyone had Ascites disappear, but then return?
I had been researching like mad and asked the original doc in April to prescribe me a
diuretic
, spironolactone as my ascites was nearly unbearable. She didn't know anything about it, but was fine writing me a prescription. I tinkered with the dose. Gradually going up until I got some relief.

Swollen, painful hands
My primary care doctor prescribed a
diuretic
to reduce the fluid, but while it took much of the fluid out of my feet, there was little reduction in my hands and no relief from the pain.

Should he continue to take Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill when most of his pain goes away?
Later he learned a natural therapy of herbal
diuretic
and anti-inflammatory pills and began to take the medicine. Now it's almost a month, and most of his pain does not exist, he wonders if he should continue to take the rest of the pills or should he stop taking it?

How long do I have to take diuretic and anti-inflammatory pills before the lumps disappear?
I'm not sure how long I'll have to take
diuretic
and anti-inflammatory pill to get a cure for my epididymitis, does anyone know about this? I've taken one course already and it seems my condition has improved a lot, no testicle pain anymore and just some lump are still there.
