Indapamide

I have recently had blood test which showed very low potassium and high sodium.

My GP says can't give me supplements and has stopped Indapamide for a month. (no alternative diuretic given).

I had aortic valve replacement January 2018 and am also hypertensive.

My Ramipril was reduced post op and also Bisoprolol on the lowest does as I don't cope very well with beta blockers.

My GP wants me to check my BP twice daily until I see him.

My problem is my fingers and hands are swelling without the diuretic. All my GP discussions have been phone consultations. Actual appointments are impossible. He also sent me for a CT scan on my kidneys but didn't give me a reason for it. Apparently my kidneys are fine.

Any advice or comments would be appreciated.
