Off prednisolone
GP thought it might be lansoprazole so took me off that and settled a bit, however bouts of
diarrhoea
, flatulence, changes in bowel habits and extreme anxiety pursued.

Does this sound like a flare up?
He has had
diarrhoea
daily for the last week. He has also lack of appetite which in turn means he has lost quite a significant amount of weight. His iron levels are showing as being low and his GP has said he is very concerned.

Sickness and prednisilone/amitriptyline
On Saturday night, took the Amitriptyline at usual time but by about 10pm was feeling bloated and nauseous, had a dose of
diarrhoea
and then was very sick. After being sick was very cold and shivery so took extra 5mg of pred with my 2am 10mg.

Endo of the bowel
I have suspected endometriosis of the bowel and I was wondering if anyone else with this has experienced very similar symptoms to ibs (alternating constipation/
diarrhoea
, bloating, general change in bowel habits etc.)

Nintedanib offers new hope as transplant recommendation approaches
There are potential side effects - principally
diarrhoea
and less commonly liver damage - and it's never been used for PPFE but if it has any success at all in slowing down the rate of my lung disease then I think it's got to be worth a shot.

Possible SIBO?
Hi I'm 4 years post surgery and chemo, and in the last few months have been noticing that I am having quite a few episodes of bloating, nausea, and sometimes
diarrhoea
. I can't seem to figure out what triggers it, apart from the obvious times its caused by overeating.

Anybody out there who can help?
I am really struggling with dermatology problems ( constant dry and itchy from heady to toe, really debilitating), also gastro problems,
diarrhoea
and vomiting 24/7, very uncomfortable. I went to see a gastroenterologist and a dermatologist privately 2 weeks ago and still nothing has been done.

Am I imagining it?
My bowel movements are unusual, never constipated or
diarrhoea
as such but not quite right, there is nearly always an urgency when I need to go, much like IBS I believe and my stools are never firm. I feel sick when I do go to the toilet. I am so tired, all the time.

Sensitive to medication
I’ve had uncontrollable
diarrhoea
which nothing was done about until they discovered that not only was I allergic to Atorvastatin but Rosuvastatin was causing me muscle wastage. Off statins at present but it will be replaced by Esetimibe.

Has anyone tried Nortriptyline?
I have been prescribed Citalopram and Sertraline in the past but didn’t take them as I’ve read they can cause more
diarrhoea
issues and in all honesty if I had to choose one or the other I would rather have constipation as
diarrhoea
sets off my anxiety.

Escitalopram anti-depressant
I have just been to see my EP for a 6 monthly check up and at the moment he is quite happy that my medication of Sotalol 40mg and Apixaban is controlling my afib even though I have had a couple of 'wobbles' (2 episodes in 6 months following
diarrhoea
on both occasions).

Need helpful advice- new here ❤️
The flare ups are really bringing me down, I never know when they are coming or going; I am bloated all the time (I look like I am pregnant), getting dull/sharp pains on my left side and goes round my lower back/down my upper thigh and feeling tired all the time,
diarrhoea
and hurts when I urinate.

Levothyroxine and haemorrhoids
No
diarrhoea
or constipation or any bowel or gut issues that I’m aware of, but I have developed haemorrhoids. Not diagnosed because it’s hard to see a GP, but it gets in incredibly itchy and feels a bit knobbly down there. Is this a common side issue with Levo?

HIV symptoms + Rash?
On 8th day I had a fever and
diarrhoea
in the early morning, which got better after a further couple of hours sleep which I was left with a mild headache and sensitive mouth but no ulcers appeared. By the evening I felt better and the following day I had no symptoms.

Sertraline, what is normal?
I have been prescribed Sertraline as my IBSD has become worse lately due to enormous amounts of stress in my life at the moment, however I cannot fathom why my GP would prescribe a medication that includes
diarrhoea
as a side effect to a person who has anxiety linked to
diarrhoea
!!!!
