Levothyroxine and haemorrhoids

I’ve been on Levo for two years and I’ve noticed I poop more frequently. No diarrhoea or constipation or any bowel or gut issues that I’m aware of, but I have developed haemorrhoids. Not diagnosed because it’s hard to see a GP, but it gets in incredibly itchy and feels a bit knobbly down there. Is this a common side issue with Levo?

Hi, it sounds like piles. Check with a mirror and if there is then get some Anusol. It works a treat Jo xx

Thanks, Stourie. No other comments - not an issue with Levo, then? Just me!

I don’t think that there’s any connection with levo and haemorrhoids. Jo xx
