Struggling to lose weight :(
I went on the
Depo
-
Provera
shot for a year and a half and now I am nearly 13 stone and a size 16-18 which is really starting to get me down. I know my weight gain has been caused by the injection but now I just cannot seem to shift it.

Could this be related to my endo?
She prescribed
Depo
Provera
and sent me on my way. The
Depo
was fantastic at first. I stopped bleeding immediately and my symptoms - which I had been experiencing for 2-3 weeks a month - reduced drastically to the point where I was pretty much symptom free.

Depot provera injection used to help with endometriosis - definitely worth a read
It's def worth reading the above link I've just read this on a endo Facebook page - why are we given this injection? And why are we not told about the side effects? This makes me quite angry and upset xxx What do other people think about the above link?

Why are my feet numb?
Over the last week or so my toes on both feet and my right foot have become increasingly numb, what could this be? I saw rheumatologist today and she said let her know if it's getting worse, but it's got worse even since this morning! I do have back problems and often sciatica but my back is fine at

Can Depo Medrol injection cause sciatica?
I had my first Depo Medrol injection on Friday, into the top of my bum. On Sunday I started with a flare of back pain and sciatica. Is it possible that the injection has caused this? I did slip two discs a couple of years ago, but it seems such a coincidence that it's flared up now...grateful for any

Cyst and endo back after surgery 6 months ago, losing hope once again
Hello, I had my 4th endo surgery removal by a great endo surgeon back in September last year I was stage 4, the left side completely covered, they cut away the endo and removed my left tube as it had a reoccurring cyst and after a dye test showed completely useless, but all was well on my right side,

Provera - experience?
My Gynae has prescribed me oral Provera (10mg 3 times a day) after six months of unsuccessful Zoladex injections. I have the prescription for 2 weeks now & am very anxious about taking them. The information leaflet says talk to your Doctor before taking if you have a various list of symptoms; I have

Advice would be very welcome, thank you 😀
Hi I was diagnosed with endometrisosis 2 months ago through having a laproscopy to remove a large cyst on my ovary which makes sense because of the chronic pain I have been in for the last two years. The options for treatment aren't very appealing at all I'm only 29 but I have opted for the mini pill

Here we go...
Well, it's finally here... The appointment to start my injections... Hadn't expected it so soon since I was taking provera so imagined it would be next week when I went. My lining isn't getting thinner; but after a lovely chat with my Dr we're going to start later today. I wish I'd stop being so emotional

Warning: this box is scarier than it is...
So... My drugs have arrived... I signed for them; closed the door and just stood there staring at them as one lonely tear trickled down my face. It represented fear, excitement, nothing, everything. This is scary. There is a lot in this box. If you haven't got to this stage yet... I don't think anything

Horrible anger while on Depo Provera
I regret so much ever taking this shot. I am 46 and have a history of PCOS so I decided some type of birth control that stops me from ovulating would be ideal, and I opted for Depo because in most women it eventually stops menstruation. I thought it would be nice not to have them. I am so angry on this

Tomorrow...
Tomorrow I go for my appointment to order drugs and figure out whether I require provera drug or we work out a start date. I've had a pretty horrific three weeks with random times of flood bleeding and then nothing for 10 hours or more. I'm scared, emotional and excited. Everything everyone has probably
