Dapsone antibiotic
Dermatologist want to start me on 25mg of
dapsone
for 4 weeks and then if no improvement then go onto 50mg. Has anyone else used this drug and does it work? how long does it take for the rash to go and does it ever come back?

Really struggling with dry skin
I am under the dermatologist who has prescribed
dapsone
and various creams and lotions, none of which seem to work. My skin is so dry and nothing seems to sooth or relieve it! Has anyone got any suggestions on what I could try to help with the continual tightness and really dry skin.

Is headache a side effect of the tab Azathioprine and Dapsone
Heyyyy folks... This is my 8th month of dealing with this disorder ITP and for the past week I'm having a very bad headache and nausea feeling and too much tiredness. Is this the side effect of the tablet that I'm taking?

Occasionally,

5% gel (applied to skin) is being prescribed to treat Sweet's syndrome lesions. Have you tried this? Did it work for you? Thanks. ;-)

I need some help quickly. My husband is very sick and we thing organs might be involved. He says he feels like his body is shutting down.
Prednisone and
Dapsone
not helping. Now has additional rash, like an allergic reaction. His body is radiating heat at the rash sites (chest, legs, upper arms, neck). He has a fever. His urine (when he can produce it) is very dark brown. No appetite at all. Nauseous. Can hardly keep food down.

Has anyone had problems coming off their steroid medication?
When I was first diagnosed with SS I was placed on a combination therapy - prednisolone,
dapsone
and doxycycline. Many SS patients are still being treated with steroids alone, despite the increased incidence of relapse. Has anyone had problems coming off their steroid medication?

Herpetiformis Dermatitis and Non-Hodgkins Low Grade B-Cell Follicular Lymphoma
I had help with
Dapsone
for a few blissful weeks, but then my blood levels went haywire. Luckily my blood was tested often on
Dapsone
and demonstrated odd values for RBC, platelets, etc.. Early June I had an ultrasound, chest x-ray and soon after, a biopsy on a large lymph node.
