Anyone used Duloxetine?
Went to the Dr today and he sent me for lots of blood tests to rule out certain things as I have been struggling for the last six months or so. I also asked for a Vitamin D Deficiency test (symptoms similar to Fibro) and I will get the results of that test in 2 weeks. He said he would like me to try

Lifestyle?
Reading all the questions and blogs here, combined with my own self-observations, I'm embarking on a new route to try and get rid of this debilitating anxiety. As mentioned elsewhere, alcohol can be a contributory, if not causal, factor. So, I’m cutting all alcohol out. At the age now of 51, maybe

Is Pregabalin better for pain management.
Where to start? My Pain Consultant yesterday prescribed Pregabalin and to wean off Gabapentin (which I have been on about 10 years), I just feel at my witts end as over the last 6 months the pain has increased tremendously. Additionally, I take 30 mg Zomorph db; and Duloxetine 50 mg nocte for the pain

Could weight gain be exacerbating my fatigue?
I have put on 2 and half to 3 stone since going on Paroxetine 4 years ago (only a very small dose) and I wondered whether the weight gain might be a factor in my fatigue. I did have fatigue problem before the Paroxetine but don't know it was as bad as this. It is hard to know what is fibro, what is

Safe amounts ?
Since I stopped taking Duloxetine I've been keeping the pain at bay by resorting to over the counter pain killers until I can get up enough nerve to go and tackle my new GP. I try to manage the pain with heat pads most days but the last week I've had to resort to pain killers . For a few days I took

Letter came with another 4 envelopes from works and pensions. I have been unsuccessful in my claim as had been awarded zero, nil, zilch points.
