A little out of place
The airborne
dandelion
seeds were made by sprinkling salt on the almost dry watercolour paint. We let the dandelions in our garden grow rampantly, by the way. It is dock leaves and nettles that I do not tolerate.

Reminder to new MTX users - your sensitivity to the sun is likely to be increased.
Yesterday, I enjoyed a lovely, lazy day watching the bees buzzing around the
dandelion
flowers in my knee height grass (we're doing No May May) and basking in the weird warmth of the shining orb. I now resemble a lobster.

Anyone tried dandelion to help reduce symptoms?
I am wondering if it will help with the bloating . Looking into it it may help with some of my other symptoms. Has anyone tried the leaf or root or a combination of both? As a capsule or a tea?

I was wondering if
dandelion
is ok to drink as its diuretic and might aid get rid of excess water. However i read that it helps detoxify the liver and get rid of excess oestrogen. Also that it contains oestrogen like chemicals. So i am not sure if it would help me or decrease oestrogen levels?

What Kind Of Tea To Drink?
I have also stocked up on the common green tea,
dandelion
root tea, Yogi Detox tea, Yogi Kombucha tea, and one containing Chinese mint called Pu-Erh tea. Personally, I find the taste of lemon-ginger tea to be awful. Have you had any of these teas improve your cancer/conditions? Please share.

Do one thing every day that scares you... Floss ramble...
This is an early Friday morning and it is quiet... the busy A road is devoid of any traffic except an occasional lorry...across and up the hill .. and not a soul in sight..the blossom trees some past their best, some just coming... and across the grass, littered with daisies and buttercups and

Sunny little flowers that brighten the day.
They are meant to be dandelions. At least they're cheerful!

Noticing detail
Having more time to really look and not just see and to really listen and not just hear, the awe and wonder inspired by nature becomes far stronger if we open our minds. That's one of the ways this lockdown has affected me anyway. The detail in the simplest things is wonderful and somehow calming. Dandelions
