Found this article on healthy eating forum so thought I would pass it on
This article ("What Happens if You Eat Raw Onions Every Day"), was published originally on the FoodPrevent.com website. The article explains how eating a raw onion a day can help with certain health conditions (cardiovascular health, type 2 Diabetes, lower cancer risks, etc.). Please see below for more

Some advice please
I did post a few months ago so apologies for the repeat. I just want a little advice. I have had an intermittent puffy face for at least a year now, this is the month I realised it was puffing up last year. Since April it never goes fully down and is getting worse. It's most prominent around my lips

Mamici's... BELIEVE it or NOT!
Much of yesterday’s late morning and early afternoon was spent on the couch writing that retrospective rant, “One Year Ago Today.” (Thank you all so very much for reading it and for your kind and generous comments!) I was reluctant to mention this at the time, because it’s always freakin something

New diagnosis Hashimotos help with next steps!
Hi im 28 and just been diagnosed with hashimotos - I do hope someone might be able to help me. Since August I've suffered with globus sensation after a period of high stress and anxiety. Eventually went to the doctor in September and stated that as it felt like a tightening and lump around my thyroid

New Member - No Doctor - Help Understanding Tests
Greetings everyone! I am a new member. You recently assisted me regarding my beloved mother in my post about Congestive Heart Failure (thanks so much). I take care of her and my 91 year old father (they are married 69.5 years!). I have them in their own home being together! I would appreciate your interpretation

Supplement list
Sorry I've just realised a couple of people asked what supplements I take and I forgot to post! Basically to reiterate previous advice if you decide to take any supplements, you should really check with your Doc/Onc team especially if you are on any meds before taking supplements in case of a side effect

DHEA Update
Well had a scan at 8+5w the sac was abnormal the worse out of the 3 pregnancies I really thought taking these supplements had worked as I got pregnant quickly. So obviously we’re devastated but maybe abit desensitised as we tried not to attach ourselves emotionally to this pregnancy. 😢 I've read through

Symptoms of VERY early stage RA pre: official diagnosis?
Hi Everyone! I'm sorry for such a long post, but if you have the time I'd be so appreciative if you could read it and answer any of my questions you know something about. I'm brand spanking new here and felt this would be a great community to turn to with obviously a wealth of experience, info, and

IRON INFUSION
Hello, Am due to have an iron infusion next Thursday. I would be interested to hear from people who have had/are having iron infusions, whether it has made a difference to their level of energy or other. I understand it will take quite a while to notice any improvement if it works, so how long did it

Stage 1 NHL Folliculor
I was diagnosed in April 2014, I did one year of chemo and two years of mtce. The doctor said if it doesn't comeback in 2018 it will not come back. I feel so weak at times I am just wondering if this is the norm and if I will ever feel myself again. I still work but just dragging. Is there

Blood Test Results
Hello All I wonder if anyone could take a look at my latest blood test results for me? My continuing battle to find thyroid hormone replacement that makes me feel alive continues. To briefly recap, I had a total thyroidectomy in 1979. Since then I've had levothyroxine, T3 on it's own, t3/Levo combo

Enlarged Lymph nodes
I want to thank DebraM for sharing your story & remedies, as some of my symptoms/conditions are very similar ~ fybromyalgia, hashimoto's & enlarged lymph glands, h.pylori, among other 'things.' In 2016 I was diagnosed with carcinoma. After the excruciating biopsy they claimed it was only a possible "

Metabolic syndrome [MetS], C-reactive protein [CRP] ... levels & clinically significant PCa
New study from Spain below. Three of my favorite PCa subjects (they also looked at testorsterone [T] as well as MetS & CRP, but there is no mention of their T findings in the Abstract, so T was presumably not positively associated.) "A total of 524 patients were analysed, being 195 (37.2%) subsequently
