Still battling with health issues

Another year nearly done this will make me 59 next year I have just been diagnosed with diabetes 2 on top of a heart condition one of 13.000 others I also have fybromyalgia and oesteoarthiritis and osteoporosis I am just over 13stone and can't seem to get below this I am allergic to vitamin C being unable to eat lemon orange or grapefruit I do not make enough white cells to combat flu viruses that do the roundsthis makes me end up spending a lot of time feeling guilty about not going to work. I do work voluntary in my church every week when I am able anyone have any healthy receipies without lemon orange or grapefruit please
