Post Cystoscopy Excruciating pain and swelling.
So since I had my
cystoscopy
yesterday I have had the most EXCRUCIATING, mind numbing pain ive ever felt. To even try to wee feels like a million shards of glass is being forced up my urethra. It feels like it's going to explode with the pain.

Will I need another lap for possible endo on kidneys, urethral tubes & inside bladder?
He told me that it was very likely that the first thing the urologist will want to do is give me a
cystoscopy
to look inside my bladder. But I know that this will not be able to see what is going on with my kidneys & now I am wondering if I am going to need to have another lap.

Chronic bladder & urinary pain ðŸ˜
So I've got my
cystoscopy
a week today but the past few days bladder and wee-ing wise have been absolutely chronic. Just another level of pain and discomfort. My bladder is literally throbbing and aching- like a water balloon filled to bursting for days and to actually wee is just excruciating.

Post Lap/Cystoscopy/Hysteroscopy Pain
Hi All, I had my surgery last Monday, went in with diagnosis of unknown cause of pain (as no two doctors could agree on the cause.....I finally found an AMAZING specialist. Came out having had my endometrioma removed and the discovery of Recto-Vaginal endo affecting my uterosacral ligaments as well

Fatique on Bisoprolol and bleeding on Warfarin.
As we'll as this fatigue, I have had two serious bleeds, one from my bladder which was very scary but after investigations, including
Cystoscopy
nothing was found. The Urologist felt that it was the Warfarin that had caused it but was unable to explain why.

Endometriosis of the bladder?
Just another bladder/urinary related post as I have my urology appointment on Monday with a consultant to arrange a
cystoscopy
and I'm just planning out everything I want to say (sometimes I panic and don't get across how bad I really feel) For at least 6 months now I've had constant bladder problems

Private vs NHS
I saw him once, he saw my history (same copy the GP had) and I am now booked in for a laperoscopy/hysteroscopy/
cystoscopy
and colonoscopy in a weeks time. Just shows how little this condition is understood by NHS GPs.

Excision surgery tomorrow, starting to feel nervous.
I'm having excision of the endometriosis, excision of the peritoneal wall,
cystoscopy
with bilateral stenting. I was diagnosed in July 2013 with 'mild but widespread' endo and had it lasered and have had trouble since. I'm starting to get nervous now, do you girls have any tips?

Bowel stuck to left ovary
GP originally thought it was urological issues so I had a
cystoscopy
which came back clear. After my first appointment with the gynaecologist he prescribed me mebeverine and passed it off as IBS. When I went back and explained the tablets had made no difference he booked me in for the lap.

So Frustrated
They're on about me having a
cystoscopy
as often show blood in my urine too. I just feel so fed up and frustrated I've had no life since the op in July can't do anything too physical as I just end up feeling so unwell and achy.

Bladder pain and endo?? One thing after another!! Help!!
On my last lap my consultant also performed a
cystoscopy
(camera into the bladder) to see if any endo lay on the bladder as I have always complained of pain when urinating and pain in lower back! The consultant said he found a condition called interstitial cystitis.

Cystoscopy - advise please
Good Morning! My husband has just received his letter calling him to hospital for the above procedure in a couple of weeks. He uses ambulatory oxygen so we will take that with us and I have noted it says that the "nurse will talk you for the procedure" - doubtful will get a wheelchair. Just wondered
