How may ablations can one person have?
Of the second two, the first was freezing (
cryoablation
) and this week's a radio frequency ablation. I didn't know until the registrar at Hammersmith Hospital told me this week that two cryoablations are not possible. Of course I'm hoping for this to be the last anyway.

Post-Cryoablation "Wobbles"
Backed off on the cycling - avoided big hills. 12 weeks after
cryoablation
AF reappeared, left it for 4 days but did not resolve so went to A+E and had cardioversion. Pulse been steady as a rock since (5 weeks).

Feeling despondent
I had
cryoablation
almost seven months ago and have been feeling really well apart from high heart rate which I understand is normal after ablation. However since stopping Flecainide about six weeks ago I have been experiencing a lot of ectopic beats and short runs of fast heart rates.

colonoscopy and A fib
I had a successful
cryoablation
about 18 months ago and have not had any episodes of A fib since that I am aware of. I do however get ectopic beats which my cardiologist says is OK.My a fib began about three years ago after a mitral valve repair.

Very Scared
My
Cryoablation
is scheduled to happen on Wednesday. Last week I convinced myself that I was going to cancel and then changed my mind again, I decided to do more research and now terrified of risks, dr day pointed out in an article that damage to the phrenic nerve is worse than AFib itself.

RF vs. cryoablation
My doc had suggested RF ablation, which I had done one month ago, but
cryoablation
sure has positive remarks/benefits, too. Http://www.heartracing.com/patients/rf.vs.cryoablation.asp http://www.piedmont.org/living-better/catheter-ablation-radiofrequency-vs-

Should I Ablate ?
As we discussed AF is progressive therefore the only choice that I have is catheter ablation ( balloon
cryoablation
) Now I am in dilemma , as my condition is by enlarge asymptomatic up to now ( 80-85 bpm for 48 hours), and up to today's date I can only confirm definitely two episodes of about eight

Opinions please
I haven't had an episode since April and am nervous about the decision I made to have a
Cryoablation
next week. I have PAF so not sure if this could mean I'm in remission or am I being too optimistic? Any opinions please as I'm very unclear with my decision, Gracey

Ablate or not
There has been a lot of talk about ablations and since I'm scheduled for a
Cryoablation
this month I have been feverishly reading every post on the forum. I have been left with one question, the persons who have had
Cryoablation
, has anyone had PAF with less than six episodes a year?

Fatigue so easily post ablation
Hi all, am 6 weeks post
cryoablation
ablation. It went well and I recovered well. Had 2 weeks off work and took it very slowly and did not do much. What I am left with is a cough that is frequently hacking sounding and is there every day, some worse than others.

Cough after cryoablation
So my question is whether a cough post
cryoablation
is quite a common side effect and what causes it and how long does it tend to last. My ablation was nearly two months ago.

Cyclist's experience 11 weeks post cryoablation, and cycling at altitude.
The
cryoablation
went fine but I was feeling a bit tender and had a sore throat from the TOE. I was very concious of everybodys advice about taking it easy and not overdoing things in the early weeks. However the problem for us sporty types is to define what is over doing it.

Cryoablation
I had a
cryoablation
last week on Wednesday and it seems to me that everything is going well . There is just one problem. My left arm is really bruised and hurts all the time.

Ablation # 2
I had my first
cryoablation
in March 2016 following a course of treatment with meds. I Was considered an excellent candidate and my EP felt the procedure went very well.

Cryoablation
I have scheduled a
Cryoablation
for October 19. I was expecting to feel very nervous but I'm actually relieved I've made the decision. My concern is, my daughter is recently engaged with a wedding scheduled for July1. There are parties and showers to also plan.

Runners post cryoablation I desperately need your wisdom!!!!
I had my
cryoablation
4months ago and everything is fine I think......no signs of afib(at least I am not feeling it) I have been a runner for 35years. Trouble is now when I run I become so breathless and my pulse raises like I am doing a 5min mile!!!

8 weeks - so far, so good!
Cryoablation
8 weeks ago and apart from one 12 hour period of rapid and sometimes, irregular heat beat, things are good. During that wobbly period, my Kardia recorded possible AF a couple times and unclassified at others.
