3 bouts of Afib within 10 days of ablation

Had a cryoablation on April 15, I am now in the middle of my third bout of Afib since then. The first started in the hospital 12 hours after the procedure. The second was 5 days later and now (10 days later) my heart is in Afib again. These all lasted for several hours each.

GP`s with a complete lack of knowledge about this condition, make me angry!!!!

I am two weeks post cryoablation and am suffering some really unusual heart activity which can take my breath away at times, I am having occasional short spells of AF although these seem different (a bit more fluttery for want of a better word) I having quite a lot of scar tissue in my groin area which

10 days post cryoablation

Hi all, Well its 10 days since my ablation and I am still getting all the strange rhythms that lots of people have mentioned and I also unfortunately getting daily short periods of AF. I am still gettting the soreness around the chest and my groin aches a bit if I walk for about a mile.

On my last post I was a few days ago having a cryoablation in Australia . All went well until they were turning the machine on to go its thing (brand new machine) and no go . The technician who sold the hospital the machine was showing them how to use it but no go.

I discussed with my doctor cryoablation as a second trial to treat SVT

As I understood from him it is not per enact and I should carry out radio frequency ablation as a final treatment He agreed to write for me a report recommending my case for cryoablation which is not available here in my country Appreciate any feedback about it , and which centers may carry out such

Is there anyone else in Sydney having problems with medical funds over an ablation?

We are talking about a cryoablation of which heaps would have been performed here and thousands worldwide. Maybe if there is others with the same problem we can join forces because no one is listening to me . Brian

Post Cryoablation

Has anyone experienced a lot higher heart rate after this procedure. I am very concerned that my rate is over 100 on resting still although they discharged me with 135bpm last week? I am being told it should settle but was on Beta Blockers prior to procedure cannot get into see consultant until end
