Hi Karim, sorry to hear that the headaches have not eased. Perhaps you could get in touch with the team who carried out the ablation, there may be an Arrythmia Nurse that can help you. Im no medic, but I recall being told to use paracetamol for dealing localised pain after my ablation. I know you should avoid NSAID's such as ibuprofen.

Migraine aura and headache are quite common side effects of ablation but usually pass after a couple of weeks. Do call you EP team if they don't improve.
I was given some cocodamol.
