Hello again! Over the past four weeks I've been rushed into hospital via ambulance 3 times, and the first time kept for 5 days because of a high heart rate. I've had dozens of tests and they can't work out why, some people are thinking stress, we've had a year from hell with 2 failed cycles and one positive

How Might THE CHRONIC CARE ACT Affect People on Home Dialysis?
Received this a short time ago and thought I'd pass along the information for those on Home Dialysis or those thinking about Home Dialysis. I also pasted the questions at the end of the article for discussion. How Might The CHRONIC Care Act Affect People On Home Dialysis? This blog post was made by

This is my story.
A friend of mine recommended this site to me to help give me some peace of mind that I’m not struggling alone... After I read her in-depth story of her own personal struggle I felt a whole new level of ease to know I’m not suffering alone... I guess after reading her own story it inspired me to put mine

I'm new here and am worried
I am a middle aged man whom to everyone else seems fine. (At least that is what the feedback is). The truth is I am not fine inside. I have hated myself for as long as I can remember. I always feel extremely awkward and like I do not belong. I want to bury myself in a black hole when I am out in public

Don't know what to do anymore
I'm 34, struggled with depression and anxiety my entire life. I can't look at a single section of my life as good, growing up was miserable, constant fighting and abuse from people who are supposed to be there for you. I always feel like everyone around me barely tolerates me. Every med I've tried makes

Good and bad news
Zoloft(Sertaline) saved my life twice. In 2013 I had a horrific relapse of severe anxiety. It took seven weeks but the anxiety stopped and I returned to my happy life although fear of anxiety was always in the background. I slowly tapered down after three years and had no withdrawal symptoms. Tapering

Unsociable behaviour
I have suffered with depression/anxiety for over ten years. I work part time and whilst I enjoy interacting with other people I also find it extremely exhausting - it's almost like I feel I'm putting on an act with people. I have to make time every day to be on my own for a couple of hours - is this

Hello I'm new to this!
Hi everyone, hope you're all having a nice weekend. Long post alert sorry! I'm a mum of two girls - one of six and one of six months. I recently spent six weeks in a Mother and Baby Unit after a severe postnatal illness, for which I never actually received a clear diagnosis, so I may not be posting
