I am writing this post to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart to know that people out there care about how I feel makes me feel better I have been moved and very emotional about some stories I have read I took a step outside today and saw a doctor wich felt like a start I still didn't stay outside long but I did it and I'm going to start counselling session soon hopefully just waiting to hear from one then I'm going to try new things in still anxious about being outside but I will try overcome this fear and I do hope that I can love again one day THANKYOU everyone that took the time to speak to me xx

Good for you seeking help/support. It sounds simplistic but it can be one of the hardest things to do. Be good to yourself and don't give up if you have a bad day (also easy to do) 🙂
