Road to R-E-C-O-V-E-R-Y!!
So I was diagnosed with Lupus about 2 yrs ago. No symptoms, was feeling fine up until i got a weird rash on my left quad when I was out hiking one afternoon. I was told I had high inflammation. So instead of researching what was wrong with me, I subjected to trying this medication called Hydroxychlorine

Lipitor side effect symptoms
I am now 68 years old and had been on
Crestor
and Lipofen for several years. Didn't equate side effects (Symptoms) with using it. First periodically I would experience mild swelling of my hands and weakness in my arms and legs. Cramps in my calves.

Coenzyme Q10
My reason for this blog now is that I asked him whether I should be taking CoQ10 as I have been on statins since they were first introduced and currently take
Crestor
40mg. daily. His reply was a definite 'no' and to do so would be a waste of money.

Worried
Hello, i'm a 21 year old male, and recently i've engaged in a lot of unprotected sexual activity. After one VERY intense session, my anus felt very raw, this was during a time I had extreme diarrhoea (Do I deserve some applause for keeping it in? ). After the 'trip', I only ate fast food (beef burgers

Potassium interaction with meds
I'm on Amiodaron, Metoprolol, Plavix,
Crestor
and thought I read that potassium has a bad interaction with one of these but today I can not seem to find anything. Does anyone know if one of these meds means no potassium supps or I just imaginated after spending way too many hours glued to Google?

Liver Pain and Causes
I am curious to know if anyone does any liver detox. I have read that castor oil can help reduce liver inflammation. I am willing to have my mother try this to help with her liver pain .

Pomegranate Juice
Rosuvastatin (

) Rosuvastatin (

). This might increase the effects and side effects of rosuvastatin (

For those who have been diagnosed with soft plaque...
He said to stop the Lipitor for 2 weeks to see if the problems improve and then to start on 5mg
Crestor
instead. Honestly, I'd rather stop statins altogether, but I'm terrified of the soft plaque bursting and having a heart attack or stroke. Any advice?

Ladies, I want to share this gift with you!
Now we all know nothing we can do can completely stop our pain but there are a few things that can help. I have been using castor oil packs for a few years now, my mum uses them for PCOS too, and they really help! I will link you all to a detailed page about it but basically you get a cloth and soak
