Can i take Creatine with compensated Cirrhosis?
I was just wondering if anybody could advise me on the use of
Creatine
for someone with compensated Cirrhosis. I've been teetotal for almost 4 years since diagnosis and in the last year and a half have been exercising and building muscle.

New to group - Advice on blood test results
, in July my
creatine
levels were 74umol/L with a GFR of 85 and then December tests showed my
creatine
at 85umol/L with a eGFR of 72. Both times the doc has said my results were normal but after doing a bit of research those numbers worry me. Should I be concerned regarding my kidneys? Thanks!

I'm new here
My eGFR fluctuates around mid 40s to high 50s, my serum creatinine around 1.2-1.3 mg/dL and my urine protein from 300-500 mg/d (using urine protein/
creatine
ratio). My C3 level has improved during treatment to just at the lower end of normal.

Asthma combined with other conditions?
Some tests repeated 2 days later and GFR went back to 66 but
creatine
and haemoglobin stayed the same. Checked Iron/B12 and Folate.

The more homocysteine, the worse the Parkinson's?
Pizzorno puts it so crushingly …"Because of its central role in sulfur and methyl group metabolism, elevated levels of homocysteine would be expected to negatively affect the biosynthesis of all of the following: SAMe, carnitine, chondroitin sulfates CoA, CoQlo,
creatine
, cysteine, dimethylglycine, epinephrine

Can we prevent, slow or halt, improve symptoms and reduce the severity of Parkinson's?
(Maher 2002): - physical exercise, stops it (Oguh 2014) and delays it (Tsai 2002); - vitamin D, 1200 IU for one year, all study subjects were still the same one year later, according to the scale UPDRS (Suzuki 2013); - glutathione (Sechi 1996); - coenzyme Q10 (Shults 2002); -

Anyone recognise these symptoms?
All blood tests come back ‘normal’, including the ANA, ENA, dsDNA, ANCA and myositis ENA as well as
creatine
kinase. I am unable to take any kind of supplement or improve my health via a change of diet as this results in an almost immediate deterioration of my health.

Amino Acid Supplements?
I was lifting 4-5 days/week until they closed the gym (thanks COVID-19) and was on 3 amino acid supplements (
creatine
, glutamine, and arginine). Once diagnosed, I stopped all 3. I'm fairly certain that
creatine
is out for good. However, my question concerns resuming the l-glutamine and l-arginine.
