24 hour test results worried

Hey everyone I recently have my test results of my 24 hour urine and im worried this are my results I see my creatine is getting higher when from 1.5 to 1.79 what should I do any suggestions plzz here are my results

Did your tacrolimus go up too? If so, that may be the cause of the rise in creatinine and your doctor may reduce your prograf a bit. Another cause for rise in creatinine is dehydration. Drink more water the day before your next test to fully hydrate yourself. Fingers crossed it's one of these reasons your creatinine went up.

Im puzzled and confused because yesturday i when to the e.r becuz had alot of back pain and was worried and they did blood work and check my kidney to be on the safe side and im creatine when down to 1.36 and I did the 24 hour urine collection a week ago im confuse 😐

What doctor ordered the 24 hour urine test? A nephrologist or are you still in touch with your transplant center? Have they been able to make sense out of your rise in creatinine? I am 21+ years out from my transplant and my immunosuppressants have not been changed or dose adjusted for over 18 years. Could it be meds as Norken suggested? My creatinine can vary mainly if I am not hydrated, otherwise is pretty stable.If it were me, I would be on the phone ASAP with my ordering doctor and ask for an explanation. If it happens to be early rejection the sooner they know the better! Is it the meds? I want the dose reduced asap also, before damage is done to your transplant.

My kidney dr order it and I been on my meds haven't changed for 19 years im worried and confuse because I when to the hospital and they did blood work and my creatine was 1.36 and protein 100 which is not too high so how it when 1.79 to 1.36 in a week im thinking mayb I was dehydrated or protein is too high I will call him tomorrow he does work today
