Fighting ADTs side effects: Astenia, ginaecomastia, ostheoporosis, depression,...
CREATINE
just before the gym. Also increases dopamine and lowers prolactin. Plus helps build muscles which in turn forces more calcification in bones. Sulbutiamine 400 mg 1 hour before gym, to boost good mood and mental health and awareness. No astenia (this works for me) L-Tyrosine???? What else?

Is creatine a bad idea?
Hi is it dodgy if I take
creatine
? I'm early stage one CLL. I've gone on a vegan low-carb diet and my numbers go down each month with it but I've lost some weight. I wonder if taking
creatine
to boost my muscles is a bad idea. Thank you!

Recent bloods show elevated creatine. Systemic sclerosis and secondary Raynauds sufferer.
Iβve recently had bloods taken and they found I have elevated
creatine
, could this be linked to the disease? Can the test be a one off elevation? Feeling concerned. Any information greatly received. Thank you ππ»

What numbers on Tests should we really be worried about?
When we first went to the nephrologist he said although my husband has a low GFR, HIgh BUN, Creatinine, BUN/
Creatine
Ratio and Low Red blood cell, low hemoglobin, low hematocrit. My husband is ok because there is no Protein in his urine?

I got two kidneys in Dec 6th
They are working perfectly, after surgery they started to work right away and now my
creatine
reduced to 4.9 this morning. As for medication, I'm taking a lot these days, almost ~20 pills everyday, good news is I'm feeling pretty normal for now, haven't experience any side effects yet.

Low DRVVT?
My labs that were lower than normal included: DRVVT, ALT,
Creatine
& Alkaline Phosphatase. Has anyone else had any similar labs and/or can anyone provide insight as to what these low levels could mean? Thanks so much!

My creatine levels have gone down!
I just received my recent lab work results and my
creatine
levels have gone down, I think significantly. I am fairly certain in MY case, I was dehydrated and not eating the way I needed to be eating. My
creatine
went from 1.14 to 1.03 in about 3 weeks.

Why does my gfr drop 25 in a month, but go back up?
Not sure why the photo is blurry got proteinuria is 0.17 now but still says hi, even though reference is 0.15 and under, and
creatine
clearance 24h says 20.1 and reference is just 20, I just don't why my urine would look like this if I don't have ckd, I swear something is wrong with my kidneys.

A conundrum for use v. non-use of specific amino acids in muscle atrophy and immune support for CLL patients
Still other observers include beta-alanine;
creatine
monohydrate; and, HMB, a metabolite of leucine, among the top bodybuilding supplements.
