I just want to get better without medication I’ve been in
counselling
on numerous occasions but it’s only ever been limited sessions and it’s more about coping strategies and just challenging your anxiety symptoms. Which works for some such as my agoraphobia but not others.

Pain meds after D&C?
I'm considering asking for a third week off work to try and deal with it better and I'm starting
counselling
next week as well. I'm not sure I'll be able to deal with all the physical and emotional pain without the crutch of the meds. What are your experiences? Thanks for reading! x

Online Support/Counseling Group?
Hello Everyone, I'm new here. I was wondering if anyone knows of an online support group or group counseling for adults with ADHD? If it's a peer-led support group, I don't think it matters where I am, but if it's a counseling group, I think the counselor has to be licensed in FL. Thanks in advance!

Military trauma etc.
I wandered upon photos of my combat trauma course and memories just came flooding that I didn’t know how to handle. I’m okay now, but if this helps you or someone else (whether you’re a vet or childhood trauma survivor): These words were said to me in some form By private counseling and the VA: You

I'm 33, married and ready to have a baby but I have vaginismus.
I was undergoing women's physiotherapy and have had psychosexual
counselling
, but due to Covid19 my treatment has been stopped- Huge shame. I'm so afraid of having a baby due to the pre natal invasive exams, insemination/conception, child birth itself and everything in between and beyond.

Take
counselling
if its on offer. I consider myself stable, very 'British', no nonsense. But this entire experience has wiped me out. I wouldn't take it back and I'd do it all over again of course, but the emotional and physical toll it takes is not to be sniffed at. 5.

Hello everyone, So I've been having
counselling
sessions for pelvic pain, and it's so heavy going. I'm so overwhelmingly tired with having to relive all this horrid trauma that I've been through and it's such a big thing to get my head round when even don't fully understand it myself.

Struggling with others
So here's my situation: I currently live with 3 other roommates. We all have various mental illnesses and it's been hard for all of us as of late. 3/4 of us go to therapy, medicate, and are taking steps to try to improve our situation, but one of us is lagging a bit. She has borderline personality disorder

Hello and Help?
We have a 13 year old son that was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago. He is not doing as well as we would him to. He is argumentative and shows very little empathy for others. He acts entitled a lot. His social skills are lacking currently. We provide him with strategies, consequences, rewards,

Diagnosis
Because of that I get the entire gold package; surgery, reconstruction, chemo for 6-12 months with hair loss
counselling
and wig advice, radiation therapy and finally hormone therapy for 5-10 years. We don't know the stage yet because the second lymph nodes biopsy results are still awaited.
